I really want Sweet Melody to become a BRITs nominated single. It's a shame if it misses it because of a late year release. Also, a SM performance has the potential to be the best they ever did. We're usually given performances of the tracks that have been the most successful but not necessarily are the ones we want them to perform - i.e. SOTME x Touch. This is a combo of most successful single and the best track they released in ages.

LM and her performing separately at the same night would give the BRITs massive hype tbh, especially if they nab an award win

I think it's the opposite tbh, had they not gotten involved with this, they would've released a single of their own which would've probably sold way better. So i see no luck there... It was just a very wrong move, but I understand why it was done after Little Me underperformed.

If you read her post when she left the girls she made it very clear that it was being in a group that took a toll on her mental health and that she was ready to pursue a new chapter in her life, even if she wasn't sure what it would look like. I think she already has a therapist so it's up to her how long of a break she takes. She clearly looks a lot happier and light spirited.
