According to Leigh's interview earlier, they have good collaborations in the work but none of them are finished so who knows, I wish they'd set a deadline instead of holding off the album because of them.

I hope when they do announce a new single people already know about the album as that will spark more interest, another single with no word on the album would be a bit frustrating...

Unfortunately it feels to me like the Holiday campaign was pointing to all that you’ve mentioned and then the girls disappeared after the song’s release as well as the label’s organisation. I don’t have much fait in a much better single campaign than either of the past two now, but I’d ne gladly proven wrong. Bounce Back had promo but it was their first single with RCA and there was no quarantine to challenge the label. Also I don’t see them having a Top 5 without TTH. Most of the higher songs on the UK charts are featured there and it’s a massive followers advantage.

Not even that arsed about a new single at this point, just wanna know something about the album.

What even... The Twitter bubble prefers Holiday to Break Up Song and that’s because they thought Holiday would do better commercially and they’re basically fans of chart performance rather than songs. Also they have this obsession with “mature” sounding songs and are stuck in 2015 when people tried to force that narrative that every pop song was childish. The Pabllo collab is for Pabllo’s re-release and Zara’s song was Think About Us, so they’re not waiting for either. The GP didn’t forget who Little Mix is in the UK. Outside, they did lose a lot of their relevance but that happened after the Bounce Back fiasco., but I also feel like it’s natural this far into their career, so holding off an album because of this wouldn’t make sense. The era’s A bit messy but the girls have been taking turns in international holidays for almost two months now so even if they don’t deserve it, they’re not as eager as the fans to make it that much better.

I really hope we get some news on the album soon, I’d hate to feel like they’re waiting for a bigger hit to launch the album with. It’d be dumb not to release it with The Search. They should wait at least another month or month and a half before another single. Release it with the album or a week before and that’s it.
