Hey...I'm known on Ana forums as Kivy. No , I'm not back don't worry, I'm not even an Ana fan anymore for almost a year now. (I "reunited" with Kylie Minogue after 3 years break lol) When I heard that there will be a new song, I thought: "great, maybe I'll like her again". And then one of my friends sent me the song, and it surprised me. It's just an empty one with dumb lyric. It's like a mish-mash from Sexy Single, Pretty Little Dum Dum, with some Don't Stop Doin' It influences. This won't be No.1 hit, and I highly doubt it will reach Top 5 at all. It's quite obvious that you don't have to fear that Ana will get any award for this "song". I wonder what did she think when she decided with some people from Universal that this "song" will be the lead single. That's a pure pop song, which is simply doesn't fit her. It fits Kylie, but not her. She can make success with it , but Ana can't. Ana has had NAME in the industry, but if they really thought seriously that this should be the lead single, then it can kill her carreer. (If she didn't kill it already with the break.) After that much long break people expect something like LOA. A HIT. And I'm saying this as a non-Anastacia fan. What will be her next step? She'll realase something like Wow? BY THE WAY: I read that people are trying to compare Ana to Kylie, and that just made me mad. You simply can't compare this song to 2Hearts, and Ana to Kylie. 2Hearts is a successful song it has taste, and nice lyric. Though not that deep meaningful lyric, but still... And it's just ridiculously pathetic to compare Ana to Kylie..... Ana just would like to be as big as her. Plus just to tell you: On the Kylie forums, we don't slag Ana off, so there is no need for you to start to slag her off. That's what I wanted to say. You can be angry at me, I don't care, this is my oppinion.
