My song is very low at the moment. I hope it will crawl at Top 10 at the end...

Spot on.

It has some retro elements but they are included with style. Retro != cheese. By "cheese" I mean bad taste. Discovery has a solid production.

Discovery is light years away in terms of quality. And it's not cheesy at all. Maybe next time you will send a much better song.

@Tonyttt31: so, you sent this "masterpiece" by Rustie?

Emily Haines (btw your name/nickname is related to Metric's vocalist?) you disappointed me with this horrible "song" (the one with chicken vocals).

I didn't vote for that Tegan and Sara song. "Northshore" would be a much better choice: YE-4ekeMv0Q

Ladyhawke's first album is a solid debut. Every song is awesome (in my opinion).

She should perform on a bigger venue.

"Brains Out" is actually a Caotico song, Tove being just a featured artist. That band is average. Her own songs are much, much better (e.g. , with a gorgeous/sexy video).

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds
"Stop the Clocks" and "AKA... What A Life!" are great. I hope the rest of the album is on the same level.

I have a magazine scan from NME (few months ago). Pip said the album will have a britpop sound and will be issued in Autumn 2011. It seems she changed the release date. http://i.imgur.com/sKwgt.jpg

Phantogram - Don't Move
The EP is out. It's one of the best releases of 2011. Watch this awesome live performance of "16 Years" at Moog Sound Lab: imkU0Kjw_eY

It was a bit ironic. I said it's a masterpiece compared to some other songs. I don't like the lyrics too. At least it features the Swedish singer Tove Styrke (I like her). My favorite song from the list is a song that I already knew (before UP7).
