  1. I don't care who sent it. That song (The Weeknd - Initiation) sounds like a very poor and annoying MJ rip-off. I'm asking too much if I want decent songs with decent vocals? PS: Previously some members said that Caotico - Brains Out (feat. Tove Styrke) is bad. It's not bad at all; in fact it's a masterpiece compared to some "songs" from the list.
  2. There are many weak songs this time. Some of them are plain unlistenable (e.g. The Weeknd, Rustie etc) or just boring. I will send my votes quite soon. PS when I heard the vocals like a chicken of The Sweater Set - Needed I laughed like hell. Thanks for entertainement. :P
  3. Ultra Thizz by Rustie = s#!t
  4. Yeah, great track. Orbital are much more than dance.
  5. This is really one of the best albums released this year. I like all songs, even the instrumentals. The only problem: the album is a bit too long. Highlights: Intro Midnight City Reunion Wait Raconte-moi une histoire Claudia Lewis This Bright Flash New Map OK Pal Another Wave From You Splendor Fountains Steve McQueen Echoes of Mine I hope M83 will issue the songs Reunion, OK Pal, Claudia Lewis and Steve McQueen as singles.
  6. In my opinion, it's a great cover for a difficult to perform song.
  7. Garbage covered the U2 song "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses" for an Achtung Baby tribute album. H5S0uGvu3TU Thoughts?
  8. Begging You and Love Spreads are also excellent. Their debut album is near perfect.
  9. Finally! Now, can we hope for a new album?

Emily Haines said that the new album will be released in Spring 2012! I can't wait! Source: http://www.spin.com/articles/studio-emily-...talks-metric-lp
  11. I know many songs from the list. Good songs I can say. The overall quality of the songs I know is really high.
  12. At first I thought this song is quite bland but after few listens I think it's pretty good.

This time it may be different. The first Garbage song that I liked was Run Baby Run from Bleed Like Me. Then I discovered their first two albums (a bit later they became my favorite Garbage albums). Their third album Beautiful Garbage is quite dissapointing (overproduced; too many ballads and pop songs). The new album sounds promising from the snippets posted of Facebook.

The first two records are actually their best according to most fans.

NEWS 1. Garbage will release a new song in October 2011. This song is a cover, not the first single. The new album will be released next year and will not include this song. 2. They continue to work on 24 songs, 12 of which will consitute the new album. The other 12 songs will be released as B-sides, extra tracks and maybe one will be released as a Christmas present. 3. "Talks are already underway with regards to a full Garbage Tour." source
