Ladytron's fifth studio album, Gravity the Seducer, will be released on 12 September 2011 (UK)/13 September 2011 (US). The album was co-produced with Barny Barnicott (Arctic Monkeys, Editors). The band member Daniel Hunt said: "Gravity the Seducer is more of a jump than the last album was, more ethereal and melodic, a touch more abstract in places than we've gone before, baroque 'n' roll. "From Dusk Till Dawn" by Ladyhawke is just 2:36. The middle-eight could be developed for at least another 30s. Anyway this song is very catchy as it is. :wub:

"Song 2" by Blur is a short song (2 min.) but that make it special. Everything is in its right place. But "Intro" by The xx could be a bit longer. It's one of the best intros I ever heard. I didn't know that. Thanks.

Wounded Rhymes is better than Youth Novels. I like Tove's album more than WR & YN. Lykke's voice is a bit annoying sometimes. Oh Land is not my cup of tea. OK, it was a bit over the top statement... ^_^

I agree, Tove is a pop artist, but she's different than usual "suspects". She has all the time to grow as an artist (now she's 18). By the way, Tove's "Million Pieces" was written by Adam Olenius (of Shout Out Louds) & Lykke Li. On that Idol contest she performed songs like "Pride (In the Name of Love)" by U2, "Living in America" by The Sounds, "In the Ghetto" by Elvis, "Sweet Dreams" by Annie Lennox, "Life on Mars" by David Bowie, "Will You Be There" by MJ and many more. I must add another great Swedish singer to the list, Tove Styrke. She was a contestant on Swedish Idol 2009 but ended up in third place. Last year, Tove released the excellent self-titled debut album. In my opinion it's the second best pop album of 2010 (after "Body Talk" by Robyn). So, if you like some good electropop music, check her music. Depeche Mode is my favorite band ever. I prefer the period 86-97 when they released their best work.

Orbital's best song ever is definitely Halcyon + On + On: foMca6BoPhw Belfast, The Box, Lush 3-1, Out There Somewhere Pt. 1+2, One Perfect Sunrise, Are We Here?, Way Out are also brilliant.
