  1. Rich Boy was a real misstep for them, hopefully this is much better otherwise I'm giving up hope on them having another great single.

PS: It's ''Pillow Fight'' :friends:

Anyway... Pillow Fight wasn't really a proper single though? More of a 'Yeah we'll release something fun but not as a single' sort of thing.

  2. Radio 1 played The Cure at 14.25, is that some sort of indicator that they'll playlist it?

They played Million Reasons a few times before but It didn't get playlisted so really it indicates nothing really.

  3. Oh yeah, of course. I just expected it to be top 40 at least by now? Before fading away and climbing again with airplay increase etc..

Do agree though about expecting it to Top 40. I'll think it'll struggle even with some radio support, it's their worst song to this date but hey I still love it!

  4. Of course now that we have a new entry into the top 10, it's 'Shape Of You' that remains top 10 instead of Little Mix or Lorde :drama: Hopefully Little Mix can do what they usually do and recover after the weekend!

Thank GOD this is flopping! Absolutely DIRE.

I wouldn't say this is a flop yet. Radio support is yet to kick in.

  5. Been confirmed that Shawn Mendes is releasing a brand new single this month. :w00t:

Canadian singer-songwriter and global pop star Shawn Mendes is about to impact the music scene with a brand new single called “Holding Me Back“. The track becomes his first proper release this year and first after the promotion of his second studio album “Illuminate”, which was launched back in September.

For now, it’s not confirmed if the song is the first taste of his next project or there’s an upcoming re-release on the way. “Holding Me Back” will be available on digital retailers and streaming services later this month.

Next single from Noah Cyrus which serves as the follow up to the near breakout single, “Make Me (Cry)“ which featured Labrinth. The song is called Stay Together and will be released on the 14th April.

It’s about embracing the unbelievable power that music has to influence people. It’s about using that power to extend fun, positive, passionate vibes to as many of them as possible. It takes each and every one of us to elevate this music to the world
  8. Don't Say seems to follow the same template of Closer a bit. The drop is amazing though, I think the perfect single run would be this:

    1. Paris

    2. Something Just Like This

    3. Don't Say

    4. Break Up Every Night

I love Break Up Every Night after a second listen. I think it would be a great song for a divorce party and really gives me that pop-rock feeling!
