Kristen Bell is also amazing of course. Anyway here's a small synopsis of the show: The Good Place is a town where those who have been good throughout their lives go once they have passed away. The series focuses on Eleanor Shellstrop (Kristen Bell), a recently deceased young woman who arrives in the Good Place. However, she quickly realises that she was sent there by mistake. With the help of Chidi (Harper), Eleanor tries to hide her morally imperfect past and right her wrongs, seeking to finally earn her spot in the Good Place. What they do not mention in this description is the funniest character - Janet - who is a 'robot' and provides answers to all and every question anyone in the town has. Her deadpan humour always gets me it's brilliant. The show has also received pretty good ratings: IMDb | 7.7/10 Rotten Tomatoes | 90% Overall, this is a really lighthearted comedy and there's only 1 season so far (12 episodes). The only downfall is that it's not on netflix BUT, do not fear, I have provided a link to a half decent website here if anyone wants somewhere to watch it, which I highly suggest you do :)

BJSC 94 Gnucci - Finders Keepers cta-lu2KSJc We decided to go with a bit of rap this time, it's one of our favourite genres here at Azure so it's about time we submitted some :D

from what I remember it is very accurate to the book, it's told in a similar way with clay being the main character and us getting to know his feelings towards the tapes and stuff. I feel like you definitely get a lot more background on all the other characters in the show though whereas the book was mainly just focusing on clay all the time, but I definitely think adding those extra story lines has helped the show rather than hinder it. I honestly don't know if I would recommend the book, I didn't think it was all that great whereas I absolutely loved the show!! If I had read the book after watching the show compared to before it I think it would have been an even bigger disappointment :lol: I don't know though you might really like it so I don't want to put you off, I know people who loved the book and it does have 4 stars on goodreads so it's doing something right! If you like the show you might as well give it a shot ^_^ edit - "I hope we don't see anything too graphic because I'm no good with blood" yeah you're gonna want to skip from about 36 minutes to 39 minutes on episode 13 then :unsure:

finished this today and oh my god it was so good, but like liam said definitely difficult to watch at parts,. I definitely think it was a show that needed to be done/story that needed to be told though. And even if it was difficult to watch at times it's so much better to make scenes like that that are graphic and real instead of sugarcoating it like most shows do. The whole thing was just so powerful and raw, I really hope they do a second season now. Although I do have a theory about the ending -

true but I just don't know if the Blossom's have Polly's best interests at heart, they obviously want to help the baby but once it's born idk. Plus Alice kicked her dad out and is starting to be a decent human being, like at least we know they genuinely care about Polly

I am LOVING bughead omg they are so cute!!! and I echo the comments about Alice, finally doing the right thing for a change, I'm not sure I like how Polly chose the blossoms tho :unsure:

I watched all of season 3 this weekend as well, and then started again today :lol: I find this show sooo funny, or mainly Frankie, she and Brianna are definitely the highlights of the show! I feel there was way too much Robert and Sol this season though, I've just got to the point where I despise Sol, and I guess Robert got better towards the end because he started actually being nice to Grace for a change but he's still not great. Overall though its a really light-hearted show and its an easy watch so I would recommend to anyone that is debating watching it
