I think the Apple Music albums chart is a little misleading. No songs from Kylies album are even in the top 1500 yet and yet her album is 10 on the chart? Meanwhile all of LMs album is already top 200. However, it seems Kylies team has more albums to put on sale this week so she’ll probably take it.

I would rather them try to get Confetti (as I assume that’s the song that will get the NMF push) to chart than reset Break Up Song.

It's all a cash grab, though. If record companies didn't care about cash they'd chuck albums on streaming services and call it a day. You think people started putting out cassettes recently because there was demand for that format? No, its a cheap way to sell more albums and make more money. Maybe it's desperate but the whole industry is desperate then.

It really is a shame that Hot Hits UK didn’t properly update on Friday but hopefully it will tomorrow and we’ll get a decent gain.

Well the times have changed and lots of artists issue multiple formats. Little Mix usually don’t release that many, but now that everyone else does, why shouldn’t they do the same and level the playing field?

Not Sweet Melody already passing two of the Ariana tracks that climbed above it on Apple Music. We just need them moved up Hot Hits UK when it actually updates so they can start climbing on Spotify too.

Obviously Ariana is doing well but it’s fair to point out the drop off between the last album. Clearly there’s different circumstances, but I do think the sound of the album will lessen its longevity as there aren’t really “smash” single sounding songs on there. The album will do well enough because she’s such a large name.

I don’t think it will really take much attention away from the single, especially since it’ll probably come on Monday or Tuesday.

The Ariana tracks are not rising as fast as I thought they would on Apple Music. I’m not sure where the TUN tracks were by the end of the day though so maybe I was overestimating.

I wonder how long before Reggaeton Lento goes double platinum.

#1 on the Youtube chart again. It's much closer around the top but they passed Harry Styles which is pretty impressive since he's in the middle of a huge era and his video isn't as old as theirs.

Didn't it start at about 40 on that playlist last Friday? So maybe it can move up into the top 20 during the week and then hopefully top 10 with album release. Still, an 8 spot increase with hot songs should help.

I have a bad feeling that they think The Search and the EMAs are all they need and considering few people in the UK watch either of those....I don’t see them helping that much.

#3 on Ireland Apple Music! How much better is the playlisting there?

I can’t speak to Apple Music but Spotify, all 12 tracks were in the top 15 on release day. By the next Friday, the three singles were still top 10 with the remaining 9 songs ranking from 11 to 31. I definitely think her tracks will all be in the top on the first day and they’ll hang around, but I don’t see this being as massive as TUN.

I think as long as their playlisting improves they should be able to hang in the top 10 next week. Ariana can only chart three songs anyway and she’s already got one that’s above them.

I went with the optimistic #1. I haven’t seen a reaction like this to a Little Mix song in a long time and if they play their cards right, I think it can reach the peak. If not and playlisting doesn’t improve, I think album release will push it to 5, at least.

Number 1 on kworb’s rolling 2-day Youtube chart in the UK. They were behind KSI and Ariana but they’ve passed them both now by over 100,000 views.

I don’t think Capital has updated their playlist yet. At least not publicly. Their website doesn’t even list positions as being on the playlist which seems unlikely.
