Saara has captured the imagination at the right time. She will win.

Saara won't be anywhere near bottom 2 tonight. Her performances would have appealed to the average x factor viewer. The only question is whether Simon will try to derail her (again? I suspect he tried this week) next week. Problem he has is that she's just so good and everybody else is poor.

That's true but the key to whether they click with the audience is what Simon has planned for them. Little Mix clicked because they were wanted by the show and because of the songs, comments and VTs they were given. Nothing much organic about it with the X Factor.

I wonder if they had planned to somehow bring back Four of Diamonds all along. They will have realised what a boost past people got entering the show in this way. Does anybody else think they're going to push Four of Diamonds for the win like they did with Little Mix?

I like Emily but do you think she has the vocal range to win? She's cute and expressive but all I've seen her do is slowing stuff down and people eventually get bored of that. I don't think much of Matt either. Caitlyn and especially Nate are good singers but as usual they've got rid of the best. I suppose they'll just auto-tune the one they want to win.

That doesn't sound like the reason to me. Who would care? Last year there were no Scots. The idea is the best from the UK. At least that's the pretend idea.
