Beyonce Pulls B'Day Album And DVD Music news Beyonce is having to pull her album B'Day - Deluxe Edition and DVD following legal action, after the singer allegedly recorded a track without permission. The infringing song in question is 'Still in Love (Kissing You)' which was originally recorded by singer Des'ree under the title I'm Kissing You. Beyonce's people apparently tried to obtain permission to re-record it. Talks failed though, and the lawsuit claims Beyoncé went ahead and recorded it anyway. A preliminary injunction hearing will take place on May 4.

Snoop Dogg Not Welcome In Australia Music news Snoop Dogg has been refused entry into Australia because of his extensive criminal record, the immigration minister said. Snoop was due to fly into Sydney this week to host the MTV Australia Video Music Awards. "This man has been a member of a Los Angeles gang -- and is still associated with it apparently -- that has been involved in murder, robberies and drug dealing," Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews told Sydney's Macquarie Radio. "He doesn't seem the sort of bloke we want in this country." This comes after Snoop was not allowed entry into the U.K For his tour with P Diddy (which I had a ticket 2 :( )

By the end of the night your left disgusted with the BBC! Im going to watch again as usual, but lets not Blame Scooch if they dont get any points its just the Countries voting for neighbouring countries.....Always the same stuff. Plus who cares if Scooch get no points right? Eurovision is truly pointless, but only a great night of television. Ciara for me, I hated Unfaithful which put me right off Rihanna, So far though Im not really liking Ciara's Evolution album. Rihanna's umbrella song is really good though so hopefully that makes me like her more when the video hits! I like Ciara's Goodies, 1 2 Step, Get Up & Oh & I Liked Rihanna's S.O.S & If its lovin that You Want..... 4 against 2 :S So Ciara it is!
