  1. Enjoyed this album on first listen, and "Something More" has been growing into one of my current favourites over the past couple months.

Saw Róisín performing "Murphy's Law" on The Graham Norton Show last night and it didn't sell it well at all though  Came across as naff, which on record I don't think it is.

  2. After a few years of mixing downloads and streaming for both singles and albums chart, I feel that they're not similar enough to be measured together as a combination.

I don't really know what the solution is, in an era where we continue to move more and more towards streaming.

With regards to albums, I stream them now. I buy them on vinyl in the end if I really like the album.

  4. Saw this last night; incredible film. Was not at all what we were expecting, but in a good way.

There must be so many incredible films the English speaking world are missing out on because they're only available with subtitles. Pedro Almodóvar is a good place to start.

  5. I mean, who wouldn't want to see Regina George and Ron Burgundy duet at Eurovision?

But... how didn't Belarus qualify for the final, and what on earth was going on with the semi final results? Also Russia would only be favourites with that song in an incredibly poor year. Or I'd be appalled :o

On one hand I found this atrociously bad, on the other hand I thoroughly enjoyed it.

  6. Posthumous releases aren't a new thing. Elvis Presley, Amy Winehouse, Viola Beach, Michael Jackson, Aaliyah, 2Pac, Notorious B.I.G. etc - these have all had posthumous releases that were successful in the past. Re-workings, remixes, or never heard before tracks, samplings, etc.
