  1. Fisher played this in his DJ set at Hi Ibiza on Tuesday and it really went OFF. Can't wait for it to get released. She seems to tag it as Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Murder On The Dancefloor (Hannah Laing Edit) but couldn't fit that in the title! Only clips I could find were: https://www.instagram.com/p/BuHWRTsnQNg/?hl=en https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=470208763750376

Big! Will remind me of Ibiza
  3. Was literally coming here to ask that haha. How random! "I Am Yours" was nice, IMO anyway... not heard this one
  4. One of the only tracks left!!
  5. Average af song

The album has washed over me on both listens so far, not necessarily a bad thing I guess, was pretty good for chilling/packing for Ibiza. Felt the same about "22, A Million" and that grew massively and suddenly. "29 #Strafford APTS" and "8 (Circle)" I listen to regularly again lately. "Hey, Ma" is certainly the BIG standout, I absolutely love it.

That’s an interesting strategy, can’t wait to hear more! "Hey, Ma" is challenging "Late Night Feelings" for my song of the year so far.

"Hey, Ma" really is quite special!
  9. Can't wait to avoid that Lauv & Anne-Marie collab, particularly with that title :manson:
  10. Glad someone else is there with me on this one! It's by far my favourite album of the year, and while I was quite excited for it with the singles that built up to it, I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is.
  11. 5G to promote 5G?
  12. Heard this on Pete Tong's show last night - Shazamed it and was shocked to see Guetta's name attached to another great song as they're so rare these days! "Drive" with Black Coffee
  13. Omg YES! Glad you posted this as I’d given up looking every week haha. Heard it earlier on Annie Mac and said to the boyf "This STILL isn’t out"!
  14. Tbf, taking it for what it is, I quite enjoyed it on first listen, but it met my expectations!
  15. Jax Jones went from being an exciting DJ to enter the mainstream to generic pop producer, I hardly find this surprising. I don’t think he’s released anything bad per se, but him releasing music is no longer exciting.
  16. I’m very saddened to read that, Enema was generation defining. The new stuff is still decent but not a patch on their classic era.

The YEBBA track on Mark Ronson's new album "Don't Leave Me Lonely" is incredible
  18. Yeah, decent again. Listening to all 3 tracks together makes me enjoy each of them more. Out of interest Who, given you can't have been alive when they were in their heyday, have you listened to any of their classic albums? "Take Off Your Pants And Jacket" and "Enema Of The State" are both in my top 5 albums of all time. Their self titled album was good too, particularly "I Miss You", gorgeous song.

"Don't Go Breaking My Heart" - the hit that never was -_- These 2 new tracks are very good! I forgot how talented she is.
  20. Today is not Monday! I'd be sad, but I have to work tomorrow  Something to look forward to!

I wonder where Brandon Flowers solo singles would rank in a combined list. "Can't Deny My Love" and "Crossfire" were both excellent!
  22. Grown to really like this, think it'll be one of my anthems of the summer!
  23. This is a pretty solid album, I'd give it 4 stars after a couple of listens. "Late Night Feelings" ft Lykke Li is the standout, but it was always going to be hard to beat. My song of the year so far and probably my favourite since "Symphony" by Clean Bandit ft Zara Larsson over 2 years ago now. Of the unreleased tracks the Diana Gordon (aka Wynter Gordon) track "Why Hide" I think is the biggest surprise, it's pretty magical, really like it! As well as "True Blue" ft Angel Olsen, a bit more of a hark back to his Business Intl "Record Collection" era. "Don't Leave Me Lonely" ft YEBBA deserves a push I think; "Find U Again" ft Camila Cabello is the most poppy on the album so probably makes sense to push for mainstream success but it's only really 4th or 5th best on the album - but that possibly shows how strong a pop album this is. Listen, peeps!!
  24. Really like this! One of the best dance anthems of the year so far!
  25. On first listen, it's almost great, but the production is migraine inducing. Arty nonetheless!
