Mama (Clean Bandit feat. Ellie) | feature
Clean Bandit don’t deserve rewarding with high chart positions for watering down their offerings so considerably. It’s bad enough Solo got to 1.

OCC: Ryan Tedder's Best Selling Singles for Other Artists
I think Ghost is only really ahead of Bleeding Love because it was released around the peak of downloads and streaming then took off. Bleeding Love was released in a much lower sales climate and it was years before streaming took hold. I still see Bleeding Love as the bigger single. Good for Ella though, deserved!

iTunes Weekly Thread W/C 15th March 2019
Tawds - on LivePopBars just get it to display by numbers instead of bars. The website isn’t loading on my phone for some reason but if I remember correctly it says something like "Get chart (numbers)" on the button once you’re on the UK songs page.

Foals - Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost - Part 1
"Exits" and "White Onions" are the type of songs that grow on you with each listen. Flows really nicely on the album. I found "Exits" bizarre on first listen, but its quirkiness and charm are what made me want to go back to it and it grew and grew. Love it now.

Foals - Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost - Part 1
White Onions is indeed a good choice; really liking the album myself. Helping my mind focus this past week.

Thanks for posting Jafe - very interesting! The positions are more or less similar to my own now!

Dido - Still On My Mind
Dave I can understand because of his streaming advantage and the social media pushes he was giving it but I would never have seen Foals 7k ahead of Dido from the midweeks! Actually pretty impressive that Foals managed to do that well. This album continues to grow on me - though I can't help but feel it's lacking something. Paid more attention to the last track this time and it is lovely isn't it.

Oh love that Superorganism song, and "Night Time" too.

Close To Me (with Diplo & Swae Lee) | 1st single
Quite agree. It's a decent enough pop tune. Though I find it bizarre that an artist would pick up and release a song that they can't actually sing

INDIE SOTY 2018 // NOMINATIONS
Does Jessie Ware "Overtime" count? I think that was posted in this forum, but I'd consider it dance-pop. And then of course Years & Years get posted in this forum so it's hard to use that as a barometer

INDIE SOTY 2018 // NOMINATIONS
It was on last year's list - though so was "Live In The Moment" so I'm gonna have to take that one out!

INDIE SOTY 2018 // NOMINATIONS
The top 5 eligible Indie, Rock & Alternative songs from my 2018 year-end list were... 1. James Bay "Pink Lemonade" 2. The 1975 "TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME" 3. The Kooks "All The Time" 4. Razorlight "Carry Yourself" 5. Vance Joy "We're Going Home" [excluded "Feel It Still" and "Live In The Moment" by Portugal. The Man as they were on the 2017 list] [excluded "High Hopes" as I imagine it'd be considered too poppy, but that'd otherwise have topped this list] So many other great songs that would've been nice to include such as Blossoms "How Long Will This Last", IDLES "Danny Nedelko", The Vaccines "I Can't Quit" and We Are Scientists "One In, One Out"!
