I get what you mean but I think it looks great compared to say, '1999'. Not heard this new one yet but sounds like it may be another watered down track that has no feeling to it when he's so much better than that.

I was having this discussion with my boyfriend tonight. When "Don't You Want Me" by The Human League came on, we were discussing how timeless it is and how crazy it is that it's almost 40 years on. Can't really think of any song from the past year that could be seen as a timeless classic like that one. "Sweet But Psycho" may be the fun pop injection we needed into the charts, but it's still nothing compared to the classics of yesteryear. But again, I'm also aging a little now. The Radio 2 playlist is starting to interest me as much as the Radio 1 playlist usually would. The charts to me are full of crap. That never used to be the case. But also, it is miraculous how once streaming took over, my opinion of what 'popular music' is has shifted considerably.

It’s a beautiful song. Shame the MJ Cole collab hasn’t done anything chart wise.

At least it made the top 10! To think a lot of us thought it would (deservedly) do a Perfect :o

I’m excited to see what France choose this year as they’ve had 3 very strong entries in a row. Possibly the strongest on average in that time period actually.

Tbf though Legends fell completely flat on the night, a shame cos it sounded great on record.

How will Westlife stay top 65 if all of you block them and they no longer come on when you shuffle Hot Hits??

Seriously, every time it's come on, I find myself wishing I had ear plugs. A few minutes of wailing like a dying cat. Can't stand it. My bf had it in his car playlist as he loves it, it did not grow with added plays, I had to force him to remove it from the playlist in the end :lol:

Well some people missed the latest BuzzJack meme didn’t they?! :lol: Cher is not still top 65. Actually is she? I haven’t checked. Ariana at 1 as expected and Westlife doing well to stay top 40, currently. May fall out by Friday unless promo does anything to boost them. Is it bad that I actually think the song is alright? :lol: I thought James Blake would be number 1 this week in the albums.
