A shame really cos it’s actually one of the best Christmas songs released this decade!

Billie does seem to have a lot of talent at least. WTPO is really quite special and given her age she’s able to market some really credible music to youngsters too. Never really got Lovely though...

THIS is excellent. Head and shoulders above anything David Guetta's been involved with in recent years. I suspect this is Black Coffee's influence though. Shame this will be overshadowed by the other single -_-

How has this passed the mainstream by? What a great song, it really sounded like a 'breakthrough' super-hit.

Yeah but this is 2018. We've only been out of the Popstars: The Rivals/X-Factor vs./or Campaign/Charity Song woods for 2 years! We saw a new, modern strategy to grab the Christmas number 1 last year from Ed's team. I do wonder if it'd have gone on to make number 1 without the Beyoncé and Andrea Bocelli versions at the time, mind.

First listen, this was alright, will certainly give it more listens. "Bad Liar" is definitely the standout. It feels like a less good "Evolve" on the whole, like they're a set of B-sides and new tracks or something.

This by a country mile, it's not even worth asking.

I'm intrigued as to what the next single will be. Expecting it won't be until early 2019 though.

It’d be interesting to see a correlation between hot hits placing and UK chart performance, if there is one. If I had the data and time I’d do it.

It matters somewhat but it isn’t the be all and end all because there are many other forms of promotion out there and other formats too. I feel like I’m stating the obvious somewhat...

Yep, I like it on first listen, think in the next few weeks I could rate it as highly as "Retreat2018" and "Heater"! I have a feeling this'll be their best era since "No More Idols"!

Yeah that's true. Incidentally the Westboro Baptist Church got hold of it and did 'level up' videos to it... when I was first listening to it, that's what made me take notice of it, in the weirdest way!
