Oh really, Jag Kommer was great! Almost a decade old now. Was only last year I was wondering if there was an English version, though I'm happy with it in Swedish.

Drake's got plenty of good or better songs, just he's also involved on some absolute shockers.

I'm actually really quite liking this one, though on first listen it does seem a complete snorefest. It grows (if you'll pardon the pun) as it goes, and the last part is fab. The very abrupt ending is a bit to stomach at the moment though!

"Womxn" is great and the tracks released so far are all decent. Will give the album a listen next week when it's out. Hope there's something as good as "Station".

Listened to this yesterday, felt like I'd heard it before? New song isn't it? Nonetheless it's past the days where a new OneRepublic release excites me. The tracks they're releasing are all alright don't get me wrong, I just don't even know what I want from them anymore. Last song I really liked by them was "No Vacancy".

Imagine how "Amar Pelos Dois" might've done with no crowd? Think they had a huge contribution to its success! (In the possible instance of a no crowd Eurovision, of course)

It just has nothing about it does it? Has he lowered the key for the live performance too? There are no notes to put much effort in for. This is going to stand out zero amounts, will we even get a point from televotes? Will juries like this over the others? Think our saving grace is a poor field to pitch against but I still think we are in for a bottom 5 finish if not last.

Good point - I see these like albums - to be consumed in a certain order due to a specific reason. However Hot Hits (or our own compilation equivalents) are not. I did however used to create compilation CDs for Mum's car when I was younger and there was a science to working out the exact ordering to that as well as the CD wouldn't be on shuffle!

Possibly it's because he produces really basic, uninspiring songs.

I think I need to hear it in better quality before I make up my mind. Love Damien and his voice but found the whole thing to be hard to pick up when listening to that YouTube copy.

So approx 80% of people shuffle compilation playlists such as Hot Hits - the ordering of the playlist therefore doesn't matter much, sure the top songs will get a bit more visibility but the increase in exposure is quite minimal based on those stats. @Bjork you might find that interesting :P

I definitely prefer Echo to Spirit, but I'm more shocked to read that Spirit has outsold 19 this century! Is it close?

I'm enjoying the EP more and more on each listen, would agree with Bre on the standouts, but "Ecstasy" in particular is a good lead too. "Tondo" and "Etran" are really enjoyable. The EP flows really well.

To be fair, Ireland haven't been up to much have they in this time period... Dustin the Turkey would probably be at least in my top 10 for them :mellow: Think I'd rank them with Ryan at first by quite a way, then Niamh by quite a way, then Jedward (Lipstick) which really is quite a cringe thing to admit... to be fair, Cann-Lin and Ryan Dolan weren't bad either so they'd be up there for me too.
