Okay, can someone please confirm how OCC work out stream sales from Spotify? For example Britney Spears my only wish this year has re enetered the Spotify weekly charts at 105 in the U.K., with 586,000 streams in the past 7 days with just Spotify alone, if they follow the 150/1 rule, then surely it sold 4,000 copies equivalent just through Spotify? Surely that’s enough to get a chart placement

The whole point of streaming is to see how much an overal song is actually performing YouTube should be counted, as it is also a way of measuring how popular a song is

See I don't agree, I think YouTube should be taken into account, it really helps older artists to break into the streaming world, aka, Britney, pink. Christina, jlo etc If people are watching the video, they are also listening to the audio, it's the song at the end of the day, and it can seriously help older acts whose fans prefer to see a visual rather than spotify! I think it's equally valid, and wrong of the OFC not to include it
