This is properly fantastic

Apart from that literally 30 second resolution I thought that was pretty good! Some really interesting ideas, even if they weren’t dealt with too amazingly. Could imagine this being a really good 2 parter tbh. The character development was FINALLy really nice to see, but it didn’t feel a bit disjointed and tacked on, appreciated none the less though.

That was incredibly meh, wouldn’t say it was completely awful, but really not exactly good either. Why tf was it necessary for graham and Ryan to ask the doctor to explain literally everything she was talking about, that got on my nerves so insanely quickly. I think it was a good premise, but again, too many unnecessary characters, I just don’t get it is this like part of the contract for the writers of these seasons that Chibs has said there needs to be at least 4 side characters every episode that have little relevance to the plot and allow no room for the already underdeveloped main companions to do ANYTHING

ok like it's not blowing me away, but it's still fabulous and I'm incredibly excited for what's to come, have a feeling this will slap harder in the context of the album

Jesus Christ I have no idea how I feel about anything I’ve just seen but holy shit MASSIVE YES at Captain Jack being back I literally air punched as I saw him, what a reveal I’m so excited to see more of him again. Now with the other insane reveal, it completely depends on how it pays off tbh but I can definitely say Doctor Who hasn’t had me this excited in a LONG time So many questions, so much excitement

That was completely... awful. Honestly easily down there with the worst stuff of revival, even worse than Tsuranga I’m thinking. I was actually a fan of ITYA so I had some hope for Ed Himes but Jesus Christ was that. What was the need for SO many side characters that did absolutely nothing for the plot? This was the exact issue with last season, the main companions had absolutely nothing to do once again what is even the point? There is already too many companions and your eliminating any sort of development there by needlessly overstuffing the episode with shit, pointless characters. The whole Earth ‘twist’ was complete trash and even goes against what we’ve seen previously in who, like Satellite 5? And dear GOD that speech at the end, Smith’s and Capaldi’s speeches always felt so triumphant and ultimately inspirational, but Jodie’s speech there felt like she was telling a group of school kids off. Jesus the episode actually started off alright tbh but that was worse than anything in Series 11 ngl. I could really rant about this episode for a while. Next week looks interesting at least, an incredible title.
