is it normal for singles to be discounted as soon as its released ? why is 5 AFTER Midnight's new single discounted and it hasn't even managed top 20 yet lol

Must say Malibu by Miley Cyrus is holding up quite well on ITUNES, 3 WEEKS after release currently #12 !!

Wondering if any artist will perform their current singles at the upcoming Ariana Manchester Concert (Katy,Miley), could give them a boost on ITUNES. I could more see Malibu being performed than any of Katy's singles as Katy's current songs don't seem appropriate for a Benefit concert.

20,000 stream increase for Matt Terry up to 190,000 streams but still at #22. 35,000 stream jump for Louis Tomlinson now up to #12 with 235,000 streams. Mariah is coming for that streaming #1 .. up to #2 now, just 40k behind Clean Bandit.

Louis Tomlinson, a member of One Direction couldn't do it.... nor the star power of Zayn/Taylor Swift.... does that say something about them as well ?

How is #3 set in stone for him ? guess my calculations are off.. Isn't he ahead of Louis in actual sales and Louis is only ahead of him with streaming ? Matt's first day of streaming he did 150,000 ... didn't Louis' first day do less ? last update had them only 2,000 or so apart.. i assumed that would mean if Matt stayed ahead of him in sales for these last 2 days Matt should be #2 at least ?
