Where on earth their sales fugures came from(30-40 mil?) :blink: Technically it is NOT possible!!! :lol: As for Take That, their only single Back For Good was a multi-million seller(having platinum status in many countries INCLUDING US).

No, Charis, TAKE THAT sold more records worldwide-thats for sure. Pondlife-less than 20( around 16m probably) with their 8 albums , TT- around 30 mil with only 4 studio albums.

$h!tlife have 8 albums and last 9 years.. Take That had only 3 studio albums and lasted less than 5 years first time around and still they outsold Pondlife ( i mean worlwide sales) ! Pretty impressive, is'nt it? The Uk sales are also very nice, when the 3d single will be released( hopefully Reach Out or Beautiful World) Take That could easily overtake $h!tlife(singles wise), there's no doubt in it.

Well, 4 months ,but it doesn'nt really matter.. It is still doing great in the charts! That's all that really counts! You don't get one simple thing- this is NOT about breaking a record, its about quality music. George Michael had less number ones if i am not mistaken but does it make him any bad? He is still a mighty songwriter\singer! He is a legend who managed to write some classic tunes such as 'careless whisper' or 'last Christmas'. Man, all his songs are masterpieces! This is what i respect musicians for. Pondlife didnt make any contribution in music, they even have'nt got a song( their own song) to define them. All they do is stealing other people's songs and nothing more. So why the f*** should we respect them? Jealous for the response they're getting, for all these people still wanting to see them and hear them. Westlife, let me to be honest, are not that loved and relevant , its obvious!

There's no reason to inflate sales for Take That as they were that huge back in the days that i even thought they could sell a lot more to be honest. Westlife 's 'sources' always say different things like you said previously : Simon said it was 50 mil( :lol: ), Louis said it was 32 mil, their official site - 40 mil)))) Regarding their little success and popularity elsewhere but the UK Westlife just could'nt sell this amount , its completely impossible -_-

No, on their official site it says they've sold more than 25m from 91-96. In the documentary 'TT for the record ' i also heard 25 mil ( and it was released before Ultimate collection went on sale by the way) . I trust only official sources , sorry guys.

this is actually not quite right.The official sources say its MORE than 25 mil worldwide( for their 3 studio albums) first time around (from 91-96) I think they are pretty reliable! I remember Take That being HUGE, so there's no chance Pestlife who are hardly known outside the Uk could ousold mighty Take That! This is bull$h!t.

Yes. I am sure their 90-s albums( all 3 of them) definitely outsold $h!tlife's coast to coast ( and the rest ones too ). Not sure about the definite sales figures though.. If you still cant understand, i'll gladly repeat once again: Take That were and still are a WORLDWIDE act .They were HUGE first time around and there's no a tiny chance Pondlife have sold more than Take That even though they have way more albums than Take That.
