Who was your favourite chart presenter?
I liked Mark Goodier and Scott's good as well. To be honest, i don't really mind Reggie and Fearne, Reggie on his own is boring though. I would prefer Scott full time

Sunday Chart Predictions
So Cheryl is really 3+1. This is gonna be a strange chart this week! How come there are two Cheryl entries? Anyone know?

Seriously.. is this the end of the X Factor Xmas #1s?
Thinking about it - next year the final could be pre-recorded with a live results show on Boxing Day, that would work

Seriously.. is this the end of the X Factor Xmas #1s?
could do it Boxing Day?

Seriously.. is this the end of the X Factor Xmas #1s?
it would be better if the final was the week after christmas and the single first week of january - sales that week are usually higher than christmas week now - what with parents getting their children itunes gift cards for christmas

Which Song Should We Choose For Next Year's Campaign?
Other - Fairytale of New York please! It would also be a celebration for Kirsty who next year would have died 10 years ago - and the annervsary would be on a sunday when the chart is announced. I can't think of anything better than to have Fairytale of New York as christmas #1 next year

Sunday Chart Predictions: Part 3
I liked someone's idea earlier about Fairytale of New York for next years campaign. There's so many good reasons for it - 10 years since Kirsty passing, its a well loved christmas song, but also an anti-christmas song as well, deals with dreams and also reality - and theres no way Simon could knock it and saying that its bullying the x factor winner for those reasons above. And who knows, if we're still suffering in a recession in christmas 2010 - with probably a conservative government - well it just fits

iTunes Chart: December IV
That made me laugh more then it should Bought Cheryl's 3 Words single - love it!
-
Sunday Chart Predictions: Part 3
Funny, I'm sure thats what Joe has been doing. And its not for them to decide anyway, their PR schedule would have been planned ages ago. Also, anyone think that yeah this campaign has been great, but i reckon its also raised Joe's profile and sales - i don't think anyone would have thought he could possibly be dancing aroudn the 500K mark on Sunday, but looks like its a possibility

Pet Shop Boys "Christmas"
^ sorry, but the likelyhood of that happening is extremely slim. I bought mine yesterday as well - love the fact that its snowing at christmas with the first song playing!
-
Sunday Chart Predictions: Part 2
Blimey these charts aren't even about music anymore - people are buying Joe cos they don't want Rage at #1 people are buying Rage cos they don't want an X Factor #1 - does anybody even like what they are buying? R any of you either side going to be listening to these purchases in 4 weeks time? Ive never known anything like it - the charts are becoming ridiculous. Its constantly the blind, leading the blind following the deaf! Both sides are just being hypocritical. I wish George Michael would get x-mas #1 with December Song - a song a like and would be happy to listen to in July
-
Girls Aloud Chart Watch: Spotify / Apple Music / iTunes
If you go to the main chart page - there is an Itunes thread which has the top 1000 on it. You can look up anything from there

Sunday Chart Predictions: Part 2
Thinking about it, did Simon ban Louis from saying "I want everyone from Scotland/Wales/Newcastle etc to pick up the phone and vote for you" - i don't remember Louis saying it this year.

Sunday Chart Predictions
I just said in the itunes thread how, even if RATM doesn't go to #1, its brought back the chart battle. I reckon though, next year, the winner might have to settle for #2 as others are really catching up now
-
iTunes Chart: December III
You know, even though everyone moans about x factor always being #1 - this RATM has provided alot of the excitement back - even if it doesn't make it - its become a chart battle again. The big question is: who's gonna be x-mas #3?
-
What is the BEST X Factor Winner's Song?
HA! No ones voted When You Believe and Against All Odds
-
iTunes Chart: December III
The only time X Factor 2008 did better in the ratings was the Saturday show wasn't it? And 19.7 million is overnight figures, I'd imagine its pushed over the 20million mark once its all finalised. (I know these can vary as i remember seeing Doctor Who overnight figures and then a week later the final figures come through and they're usually about a million higher)
