Very instant and quite a nice song. I love the hook except for the 'rock n roll HEY' call out bits. It's no surprise she returned to this kind of music after Goodbye Lullabye but I'm assuming the label had something to do with it.

I've been told it's the next single and she's been seen filming a video in front of a green screen.

The label didn't like it. It's not that different against Dirty Love or Gold Trans Am. Don't quite understand how it'd be a good publicity move though...

Saw her live in Cork and she seems to be giving new song Machine Gun Love a lot of attention. I smell a re-release.

http://welldoneyou.com/image/cache/data/badge/Badge_Green_Well_done_you-500x500.jpg Apparently Shontelle and Sia are writing for the new album and/or the Christmas album. Although most early news like this is eventually scraped.

Or the bells could just be a nod to wedding bells I believe the next album is her last contracted album with RCA so I wouldn't be surprised if they finally 'allowed' her to do a country album. But she's always had an eclectic mix on her albums. I don't think she'll ever do an album that's solely Country.

I quite like it. It's very country/rock. Kinda like Alanis Morisette and Sheryl Crow.

Considering how the label skipped Don't Rush as a single altogether, I'm not holding my breath for a UK release.

I think this is one of the best films I've seen in a while. I absolutely love Leo in it and the use of Lana's song is perfect. Makes me tear up every time. Baz's direction is brilliant too. I love the subtlety of the effects and shots he uses. Obviously everything in this was going to be so much more extravagant and over the top, I mean it IS Baz Luhrmann. I've also had the chance to watch it in 2D and 3D and it's the first film I've seen that I actually prefer in 3D. (Life of Pi fans will probably stone me to death but I didn't get the chance to watch it)

I love it. I think it's very honest and open. It doesn't glorify her as a popstar (CC: Beyonce). I'm so excited for her tour. She mentioned Machine Gun Love on her show and has been performing it at US shows so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a re-release on the horizon.
  12. I went to the showcase she done for her new album and I really like the new stuff. It's so different for her although I wasn't fond of the remix she done for Shark In The Water. But she gave us free vodka so I can't fault her.
  13. Anyone heard the album? Think of You is sublime. I'm quite fond of the whole thing, little bit discouraged about the fact we've had half of the album for a while.
  14. Holy autotune. It makes it quite unlistenable. And this is coming from a Kesha fan.

Teaser: INJC8eHNNHM Premieres June 16th. I'm assuming since it's a 10 episode season they'll be a bit more full on with the storyline rather than waiting half way through the season to kick in.
  16. I'm actually quite surprised by how much I enjoyed listening to the album. The clips made it sound so underwhelming. I love Future. I wish they added a bit more vocals to it though, especially during the build up. Hayley's soft vocal and that silence would've worked brilliantly.

This and Lotus have been done wrong by RCA. Hopefully they revive it with Supernatural. I can't wait to see her live this year.

Bought the boxset out of curiosity and I haven't been able to stop watching. Finished the two seasons in just over a week. Are the books as good as people say they are?

Somehow Sasha Valentine managed to grab a spot on Game of Thrones... Dear god.
  20. yep! pleasantly surprised by this collab.
  21. The two new tracks are quite different from the rest of their stuff, it's not as instant but just as nice. Quite excited to see them next month! edit: the opening to 'Now Is Not The Time' reminds me of something...

She's releasing an acoustic version of the album next month and I always love the acoustic versions of her songs. Sometimes more than the original. She recently performed 'Where The Fence Is Low' and I really hope the acoustic album has this kind of production with a bit more than just a guitar. 0MfH2rQHV-Q

Well Blackground own her voice for the time being so there seems to be very little point for her to be making music that she can't put out commercially. Mixtapes like Agape are nice little side projects that she's been doing with no budget so it's no loss to her. Video for Andre: y-58oJy_Uq8 She'll also be releasing a full version of 'Thinking Out Loud' soon

Tonight's E4 episode was phenomenal (minus the part with the Savages). Emmett and Bronagh leaving is going to be a massive loss.
  25. I actually quite love 'Still Into You'. It's definitely their 'pop'-iest song. And after the mixed reaction from 'Now', I think FBR wanted this to boost the versatility of the album and how they still have the same Paramore feel. I quite like the verses. You get a sense of the story without it being too literal? I don't get the WTLO comparisons though. This is a lot more melodic than WTLO.
