I’m currently introducing my partner to Doctor Who! Finally! And in doing so I’ve realised that 1) I am not a 9th Doctor fan, sorry Chris but you just don’t do it for me like David. Some great episodes in S1 and I love Rose and Jack but meh. 2) The Girl In The Fireplace is a GREAT episode. I used to pass it up on rewatches sometimes because I didn’t like it as a kid but wow it’s a solid episode on all fronts. Definitely a Top 4 story from S2
  3. Holland-Oats are lurking this month but may make a return next time… If i remember anyway :cheer:

I’ve always enjoyed Ed’s music and went to see him in concert here a couple of weeks ago, turns out he’s a really great performer which I wasn’t expecting. Maisie Peters opening was a blessing too. I like this a lot although I agree with the others that it’s his least “lead single sounding” lead yet. I’m sure it’ll be a surefire #1 worldwide but longevity wise I’m not convinced. Over here it’ll be #1 for 8+ weeks but in the UK I expect Calvin/Ellie will put up a fight and overtake in a few weeks especially with you lot coming into summer. That said, his album is only out in May so that’s providing he doesn’t release any more singles beforehand lol

hi, just popping in to say Escapism is f***ing amazing. Also Flowers is Mileys best effort in like 15 years but RAYE is queen +5: RAYE feat. 070 Shake - Escapism. +4: Miley Cyrus - Flowers +3: Oliver Tree & Robin Schulz - Miss You +2: Central Cee - LET GO +1: venbee & goddard. - messy in heaven -1: Metro Boomin, The Weeknd & 21 Savage - Creepin' -2: SZA - Kill Bill -3: Taylor Swift - Anti-Hero -4: Rema & Selena Gomez - Calm Down -5: Meghan Trainor - Made You Look
  7. Treecko should’ve been Top 10, not Bulbasaur
  8. Oshawott, Chespin, Sobble An otter and a hedgehog deserved soooo much more than the abominations of third stages they received. Sobble I don't really like any of its stages but still its ruined for me by Inteleon And then Hisiuan Samurott was somehow even worse than the original...
  9. Kinda surprised theres not much chat about this album here :( I think as a whole it's my least favourite of his "solo" albums but still a solid album, his vocals especially really shine here Don't Let The Light Go Out is my favourite by far and could be up there with the best of Panic!'s (ask me again in a couple of months if I'm still so hyped by it ) Really enjoyed this performance yesterday too UaCJ3PNdlKE

I enjoy the first movie but it honestly drags on a little too much at times. There's just a lot of empty space where not much happens and, considering that these are basic ass action movies, that's not really ideal. But I while still love it and it is a classic, Maverick outdoes it in every possible way  I've been to the cinema to watch it twice now and I honestly could go again and be just as enthralled as I was the very first time!
  11. I'm surprised that I'm loving this so much  Haven't been a big fan of anything Guetta related for a couple of years now (maybe since Listen?) but I'm jamming hard  If he keeps punching out songs like this I'm down

I genuinely read this as Louisa at first and was shook that she'd become so big since I stopped following UK charts
  13. This was such a surprise I love it
  14. 10.0 • One Of The Boys 09.0 • I Kissed A Girl 10.0 • Waking Up In Vegas 09.5 • Thinking Of You 06.0 • Mannequin 07.5 • Ur So Gay 11.0 • Hot N Cold 07.0 • If You Can Afford Me 06.0 • Lost 07.5 • Self Inflicted 08.5 • I'm Still Breathing 07.5 • Fingerprints _________________________ 06.5 • I Think I'm Ready 06.0 • A Cup Of Coffee A brilliant ‘debut’ album, the first four songs plus Hot N Cold are in her top 15 for me
  15. It’s a great tracklist, probably the best tracklist for a GH album I’ve seen in a long time. If You Ever Come Back feels like a big omission though

Hayley is guaranteed Top 2 at this point. In any scenario, neither George or Flick want to face off against the other in FTC. Flick takes Hayley, Hayley takes George, George takes Hayley. Flick has had an excellent social game as well as being moderately good at challenges (she's only had one immunity, sure, but she's been a fierce competitor almost every challenge). But above all else the fact that her mother died during filming and she chose to stay in the game to play for her mum essentially gives her the win. Sympathy vote, Brawns alliance, and a great social game gives her 6/9 votes from the get-go I reckon. It would obviously depend on the argument put forward by George or Hayley, but it would be an uphill battle for either of them. Barring his first tribal blunder, George has played this season of Survivor brilliantly. Who would have thought after the very first tribal council that George would even make the merge nevermind be Top 3. He's consistently lied and manipulated his way into the right side of the vote almost every time, he's made big move after big move and his resume is almost unbeatable. If he was in the Top 2 with anyone else I'd say he was guaranteed the win, but Hayley has played a fantastic game also. She knows exactly what she's doing in this game my money is on her. Taking George to FTC doesn't sound great on paper but they've both played very similar games to the point where I am seriously keen to hear both of their pitches because it could go either way. I personally want Hayley to win and I think she will. Her only major screw up during the tribal council was where she was unanimously voted out and the only reason she had to try and out George for double-crossing the merged Brawns was because of a crappy twist that screwed her over. Yet when she was voted out by everyone else, she fought and clawed her way back up to the top and hasn't even been an option to vote out until last night. She hasn't had Cara to hide behind the whole game either. Last night she got two inseparable allies to turn on each other and she had the definitive vote. Queen. Prediction for George v Hayley: Emmett - George (Emmett loves Survivor and loves blindsides/shock votes, George has delivered the most of those for sure) Andrew - George (He was burned by Hayley and I think that alone will sway him away from voting for her) Gerald - George (Were allied for a while and Gerald is all about "loyalty and integrity") Cara - George (duh) Laura - Hayley (Decent friends, she was not a fan of George at all) Dani - Hayley (Has already said she'd vote Hayley in FTC) Wai - Hayley (Incredibly close friends and allies, Wai loves Survivor and recognises game) Flick - Hayley (Flick thinks she can beat George in final two but not Hayley, she also sees how great her game as been in terms of strategy, social, and challenges) Baden is the swing vote and I think he could go either way, he was allied with both of them at different times and was burned by both too. It'd depend on their pitches Prediction for Flick v Hayley: Andrew - Flick (Andy is here for friends and thats about it, he defected to Brawns after Brains tried to play the game) Gerald - Flick (Similar to above tbh, sympathy) Laura - Flick (Laura was close with both but she was becoming more pally with Flick as merge went on, sympathy vote for sure) Cara - Flick (sympathy) Wai - Hayley (Incredibly close friends and allies, Wai loves Survivor and recognises game) George - Hayley (George knows a great survivor player better than anyone, theres no way his vote doesn't go to Hayley) Baden - Hayley (She played well and he knows it, he also knows that Flick hasn't done a whole lot and most of the time her attempts at making moves have fell way short) Dani & Emmett are together here because I think either of them could go either way. They're great friends with Flick, Dani especially, and have lots of sympathy for her definitely. But at the same time they're both big fans of survivor and when it comes down to it, Hayley has played the better game. Dani openly said she'd vote for Hayley before but Flick is the only one who she might change her vote for. George v Flick (No chance this will happen. Both of them think they would be beaten by the other)

It’s gonna suck because if the next doctor will be a man (just out of pure casting choices I’m sure) but a better show runner will take the job also without a doubt, then people will automatically think of the one female doctor as the most unpopular one and we’ll never get one again. I’d love a relatively unknown actor to take the helm and really make it their own. Somewhere between Tennant and Capaldi would be perfect imo but building on from 13’s compassion/heart
  19. 9 years of hype and this is what we get
  20. Martha for me x To whoever’s greasy fingers accidentally slipped and gave Donna a vote instead of Martha, there will be no hard feelings if you quietly disappear
  21. I voted for Martha but I’m happy to swap to Bill if there’s a tiebreak tbh Both are excellent characters honestly. I wasn’t a fan of Martha for years and it wasn’t until i rewatched the series last year that I gained a new respect for her. She grew arguably more than any other companion during just one year on the show (and a few extra episodes I suppose) and went through a lot in such a short amount of time. (I started typing a lot out then realised it was basically a rehash of what Joseph & Klaus said x) Bill was great, she didn’t really have any flaws. I think she brought out the best in Capaldi’s doctor too. I suppose my only issue with her is that she didn’t stay for too long but part of me thinks a big part of that was that they wanted a new start for the new doctor I also kind of agree with previous statements about Jack and Sarah especially about them not really being companions for more than a few episodes. Sarah was incredible back in the day but in the grand scheme of things she was just a cameo in Tennants run
  22. Jackie it is!
  23. Nooooo I missed this
  24. I went for Yaz but Nardole isn’t far behind If the top three isn’t Donna, Rose, and River I will riot
  25. Loooove the songs released so far. It’s all sounding a lot more succinct than her EP was Apparently the whole choir/gospel aspect from the single is strong on the album also
