I have watched the Knebworth video with the three American guys especially their reaction to some lyrics and the Come Undone girl. I wonder if this would ever be possible these days aside it is a rap song/singer. I also liked when they referred to his energy jumping all over the stage and still be able to sing. I so miss these Robbie times. Then I was in it and I watched some videos from Leeds. He was not well but still so full of charisma. I am sure he is in a far better place these days but as an artist the last ten years compared with this time had been disappointing different And I am not speaking about the songs or tours. I feel that he is far less bothered the last years.

I love the Bodies time, for me the times he looked best. And I like Make me pure. I had seen an old clip from the 70ties on an oldie broadcaster and it as Katie Kissoon with her brother. I did not know that she had a career aside of being a backing singer. I wonder what she and Claire Anad Stephen are doing these days. I always thought Claire was very talented and good looking

But they are looking for Mark and Gary look a likes and Gallagher brother's look a like Wouldn't they then be also animals instead of doubles? I am a bit confused, but as this is a real movie which must cost some money I guess they have at least overthought it...

I thought the same some days ago, Pete was so close to him and now it is usually his mum and gwen from the parent generation. I hope there was no Jonathan Wilkes like fall out. What I also wonder about is if he had 'no income' this year aside of the royalties etc or if he already gets a lumpsum for the movie and whatever they have as consecutive deal, and if LMA is charity, tax saving or also pays of the same with this streaming service participation...not that he has to bother for his financia situation I assume

when will the album be released? Have the songs he has published until now any impact? I did not see anything

Some years ago they said because he was part of a tax saving scheme (which I guess everyone is). But I don't think this is the reason. He might no have people strong enough to push him forward?

we have either break up songs about relationships which should stay private a la Taylor and Adele, rap and hip hop or songs which sounds like they sounded 35 years ago. Where is the kind of music of a Kate Bush, Leonard Cohen and all these talented people... (I am not talking Rob :-) )

I am wondering why he is doing this. If it would promise a success I don't think Simon would have stepped away. But maybe Gary an spread some fairydust.

I understood that they wanted to have a younger guitarist after Close Encounter. I never read about a fall out with Neil (yes, disappointment) like with Chris Sharrock. I also think that Neil and Gary Nuttal and Jerry kept a bond. With Rob you never know. His friendships pop up, vanish, pop up again. Aside of this Rob has been on vacation or under the radar the entire year. I think there will be the launch of the new app/website this year and nothing else. he has prepared everything for next year and the year after. Looking at the competition this Christmas he might have done it right. I wonder if the biopic will go through. And the concerts. They posted on FB that half of the tickets are sold (last week). If he comes up with all what he has indicated he can be lucky and sell the 150,000

I think that he will do well with the album. Many huge names will bring out a Christmas single. But TT and Gary have a fanbase granting quite a success. Personally I am not a fan of Christmas albums and not because of Christmas. I always see it a yearly Cash machine the artist hopes to have if it is successful. I said the same when Rob did his Christmas album. It was then surprisingly non-Christmassy good. I hope the same for Gary's album.

I think Gary fits a Christmas album very well, as person and as singer. He will do very well

I like to read the comments to Candy every other month as it seems to be a hit on tiktok, Yougsters wondering about thus RW and others starting remembering the song

I have the feeling he will keep very low profile this year. In the last months his non-availability on anything else than Ayda's instagram was brought down to Covid, Now everyone comes up with a new album, announcement of a tour.....maybe form this PoV it is good that he does not go into competition with Adele, Coldplay, Abba, Taylor Swift. I think he is in the moment resetting anything for next year............or for nothing at all and he accepts that he needs a decade to come back huge

It is amazing to see this phenomenon every few years. Madonna, Pink, in some way Robbie, Justin Timberlake, One direction, BTS But this was all pre social media. These days people are hyped different. I am still trying to get what anybody can like about the kardashians. And it is always a certain role: Alternative mental health young = Billie Eilish A bit older and Feminist = Beyoncé Good boy next door who is now also trying to introduce some edges is Ed Sheeran And the good girl next door who is all Hollywood now and lost half her weight based on ....work out (?) with the same story telling hitting 30plussers most is Adele. This does not say anything about their work. There are some Sheeran songs I really like, the same for Adele 1D etc. But the over hype the social media are giving people is dangerous and also partly nervy. I have put my alerts off I have hoping of Rob news. I am wondering if Rob would be famous these days. Maybe the overhype would kill him social media does. This is something I admire with Adele, she seems still to be quite normal. And all above is only my opinion. I hope that Rob somehow can return to music in some way successful as I do not think he is the man for average. But somehow I have the feeling he lost the right timing. For me that will mean that I will like this or that in music but not be a 'fan' of a person anymore :-)

I always think that Adele is a good character. Her permanently using bad relationships/experiences and creating songs again and again on the same topic is not mine. They all sound alike. Different to Pink's songs. And seeing all mostly women reacting with their tweets and streaming shows that it must hit a nerve. Each to them own.
