Yeah, I wouldn't worry much. We're up to 10 (11 really if you include me, even though I haven't decided yet what to really send). Also, I understand this month must be busy for most of you, but I will make sure the voting will stay open long enough so no one will feel pressured etc. etc. EDIT: Also hoping my firework signature add will do the job of making people aware :lol:

Hello everyone, A week ago you were tasked to vote on a poll posted in this forum and pick the best year of the 90's. After a too close result, year 1997 pulled ahead and became the theme of this contest <3. We can all agree that 1997 was indeed a year of variety in music with lots of genres emerging and ruling the charts, and we're here to celebrate all of that. However, in this contest we're not looking for big hits, but we're searching for those singles/songs/album tracks that failed to chart, or those that hit top 40 but really went unnoticed and already are forgotten. As usual, top 10 hits will not be allowed and please be aware that any submission will be subject of veto (mod's discretion) if found anything that doesn't feel within the spirit of the contest. Now down to the nitty gritty. The song you confirm must have been released between the 1 January 1997 and 31 December 1997. If it's a single released in 1997 but comes from a parent album that was released in 1996, it shall be allowed, but if it's a song that was part of the album released in 1997 but was released later as a single in 1998, most likely will be disqualified. Also, re-releases in 1997 of songs from before that year will not be allowed but remixes will be considered if they add quite a lot to the original recording. Omg congrats Kath on another win…smashing left and right :clap: Aeroche was the one that hurt the most leaving outside my top 15 and I’m so happy that they finished 2nd. So many good stuff inside Top 10, with seven of those I’ve voted :wub: And omg my 7th Top 10 of the year :cheeseblock: that’s a record for me, so thank you everyone for enjoying RATATATA as much as I did. I saw quite a few 18’s coming their way, so I appreciate you, I really do!!! And I believe 8th is probably the most position I’ve ended up, with two this year alone!!! And Chez, fantastic job with hosting, the theme was amazing and the ending was spectacular with just animal emojis :lol:. Kudos for that!!!
