The Addyms Family

Also if Travis submits their votes before noon tomorrow, I'll just apply 15% deduction!!!

ok so Aesthetica and Scotland 2 failed to submit their votes on time, therefore they will be subject to deduction (33%)!!! EDIT: Scotland 2 actually just reached and they are about to submit their votes, therefore no deduction for them!!!

Yes. I got them 👍 Waiting votes only from @NocheLuna @Travis and @!!!

Omg the way things are shifting from vote to vote If you thought you were safe, you probably shouldn’t feel that way

I think the hype is not as big as it was with eternal sunshine and I am going for UK 25k-34k / US 150k-199k, but I could be wrong!!!

Public Announcement: Good evening everyone, this is Captain Assy speaking. Just wanted to let you all know that the extension to turn in your immigration forms is extended for additional 24 hours. New deadline now is Monday 13th of July 2026, 23:59BST. Thank you for your attention.

People praised it a lot, the visuals and the vibe!!!

Literally my Cardio playlist has 100+ instrumentals on it (mostly 90’s trance), but that might be a good place to start for me!!! (See already overthinking it lol)

Love the theme. I don’t think I did that well in first edition of Instrumentals, but hopefully this time I won’t overthink it too much 🤞

We’re talking up to BJSC140!!! I remember you smashing that record later <3

Yeah, something happened to it. I just clicked from the form it was submitted and it's not working either!!! In meantime I've found this on YT!!! Will wait for @Doctor Blind if he approves the link above to add it to main OP!!!

Good Morning sunshines 🌞 Today we will go back to BJSC140, the second time we've hosted after winning in BJSC139 with Anabel Englund 'Midnight Rapture' It took 9+ years to secure that second win for us but looking back, BJSC139 meant far more to me than simply winning. It marked the beginning of a hosting style that somehow became my signature. I never imagined that a simple airline concept would still be evolving nearly fifty contests later but here we are, still boarding flights!!! Anyways, looking back now OMG I was stressing so much creating those boarding passes during semi-final results. I remember bringing my laptop in caffe across immigration office, because I was waiting for my passport to be issued and picked up, but at that time BJSC results>>>>>Life. Did you know that Lookylion didn't just win BJSC140...they absolutely stormed to victory? By the end of the voting, Lookylion - Confidence Man - Holiday finished 113 points ahead of second place (442 vs 329 for N DNTN // Juliette Armanet - Le Dernier Jour Du Disco), one of the biggest winning margins in BJSC history!!! In a contest where victories are often decided by just a handful of points (or even a tie ), seeing someone pull that far away from the rest of the field is incredibly rare. I remember I needed to rearrange the receipts of votes because their lead was decided such an early stage that it would have been uneventful results night!!! I believe they also smashed the record of receiving most 18's, but will leave that up to Bror for stats confirmation!!! Enjoy reading <3

I am taking it personal @Mack. for missing two contests I've been hosting...one 14 years ago and one now (joking obviously, hope everything is well with you )

BJSC wasn't prepared about the slayage that was going to happen right after you joined!!!

Another fun fact from BJSC43, only 14 countries are still competing 14+ years later (with Numayania on and off), and those are: FSR Rontvia D'Áskorza Bøtanikkä Elëdan Persephonia Numayania Hendinia Kluminican Republic Fljótavík Seyetana Terra Avium Danævia Greenfroze Ojnoj

While you're struggling in that small plane sitting in the middle seats until next Monday, don't forget that you have entertainment system where you'll find some trivia and historical facts through the times we have hosted contests in BJSC!!! BJSC43 hosted in March/April 2012 After Bøtanikkä secured their first win with Emma Hewitt - Colors it was our time to host the very first BJSC. Back then hosting was much simpler, but yet it attracted a lot of traffic and conversation throughout the threads, whether that be semi-finals thread or odds thread etc. etc. Quite fun!!! BJSC43 Finale: Did you know that the very first BJSC hosted by Bøtanikkä produced one of the most dramatic finishes in contest history? When the final votes had been counted (I held the power to break the tie but apparently ended not voting for either of them, ooopsie ), two countries finished on exactly the same number of points. That was Numayania and Elëdan (and what a coincidence that Numayania actually returns in the contest I am hosting ). Both countries finished with 180 points, and the title was ultimately decided on the tiebreak rule, with Numayania being crowned the winner after receiving points from a greater number of countries 26 vs 24. Now, 143 editions later, history has brought them back together. Both Numayania and Elëdan are competing in BJSC 186, once again sharing the same stage!!! Will Numayania add another chapter to its legacy? Will Elëdan finally rewrite history? We shall find out soon!!! Thanks for reading <3 Numayania - Dragonette - Let It Go vs Elëdan - iamamiwhoami - Play

You want my glasses?

Just purchased a copy of digital album for 7.99 USD!!! And I am streaming the whole album as we speak <3

ok let me do my part in the US!!! 100,001 copy here I come!!!

no seat swapping allowed!!! soz.

BJSC186 AQ - Little Sis Nora - Cool Like That After unexpectedly bringing the trophy home with To France, Bøtanikkä isn't feeling the pressure at all!!! As this edition's AQ, we're swapping prestige for personality and bringing three minutes of unapologetic fun. Little Sis Nora has built a reputation for turning tongue-in-cheek confidence into irresistible fast dance-pop, and Cool Like That is exactly the kind of track that reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously. It's playful, catchy, self-aware, and impossible to sit still through. Enjoy it <3
