Thanks for commenting. What do you think to the new MGMT album? I still can't quite make up my mind on it.

PLAYLIST: One http://www.owlandbear.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/frank-turner.jpg Arcade Fire - Wake Up Ash - War With Me Blink 182 - What’s My Age Again? Ellie Goulding - Lights Frank Turner - Once We Were Anarchists Foals - This Orient The Gaslight Anthem - American Slang Laura Marling - Alpha Shallows LCD Soundsystem - Drunk Girls MGMT - Brian Eno Two Door Cinema Club - Something Good Can Work We Are Scientists - Rules Don’t Stop Sadly I don’t listen to enough “new” music to allow for a personal chart anymore. Instead I have decided to post a mix of songs old and new that take my fancy at this moment in time, in a similar vein to others on the site.
  11. As long as Pete shows up I think The Libertines will be the talking point of the weekend. I'm excited just thinking about their performance. Annoyed I will miss Foals and WaS :(
  12. Arcade Fire could be well one of the weekends highlights. They were brilliant in 2008. Here's hoping their third album is just as good as the first two
  13. Line up is amazing. Don't get why Lostprophets are below Biffy though. Can't wait for The Libertines and Blink
  14. Tomorrow. Good luck with anyone trying to get tickets and here's hoping the line up will be a good one :)
  15. Same. Would be amazing to see them. Like your signature as well :)
  16. From some admin guy on Efestivals: Headliners are:- Guns and Roses Arcade Fire Blink 182. The Libertines are 'special guests'.
  17. Albums of 2010 (so far): 01: Two Door Cinema Club - Tourist History 02: Marina & The Diamonds - The Family Jewels 03: Lostprophets - The Betrayed 04: You Me At Six - Hold Me Down 05: Gorillaz - Plastic Beach 06: Vampire Weekend - Contra 07: Ellie Goulding - Lights 08: Lightspeed Champion - Life Is Sweet! Nice To Meet You 09: These New Puritans - Hidden 10: MGMT - Congratulations
  18. Can't wait for this album now. So impressed with what I've heard so far
  19. I think Futureheads would certainly be second if they played NME. I know WAS were on Main in 2008 but I think they suit NME better. Hope Marina is there as well.
  20. 'Believer' is by far the best on the album. Such a let down :(
  21. I'd imagine We Are Scientists would play. I think they are better suited to NME than Main Stage anyway.
  22. I wouldn't be surprised if Foals headlined NME. Loving their new material so I would be tempted to go and see them
  23. You Me At Six :D They said they'd be doing a lot of festivals over the summer when I saw them the other week so I am guessing they'll be there. Frank Turner maybe main stage this year. Will see him wherever though
  24. Wouldn't be surprised if Futureheads are somewhere. Probably about 4th on the main stage I'd imagine
