Predict: Where will 'Sweat' chart in the UK?
I’m gonna say it’s gonna be her highest peaking album but it’ll likely drop outside top 100 next week?! I’m gonna say #3 behind Noah and Kacey.

Leigh is doing Celebrity Traitors!!
I think she could be a useless faithful who stays a good while out of being so wrong 😅

Gaga in The Devil Wears Prada 2 • soundtrack discussion
Poor Glamorous Life it’s almost too good for this soundtrack I fear. 1M for Shape of a Woman is ok I guess?! What’s the playlisting situation like for Shape and Glamorous Life?!

The Weeknd - Starboy
3X Platinum certified in the UK yesterday as per BRITS on X. Is this also now the highest selling Weeknd album in the UK (of the studio albums)? I may give it a listen to celebrate across the bank holiday weekend! It’s crazy to think it’s ten years old this November!

Rank and pick your fave Madonna collab!
Madonna’s one of those artists where she doesn’t really collaborate that well with others she’s kinda much better on her own?! Its too early to place Bring Your Love just yet but the others I’d rank as 4 Minutes Me Against The Music Medellin Give All Your Luvin’ (easily one of the worst tracks she’s ever done) But none of these are what I’d call classic or essential Madonna?!

RESULTS: JADE - THAT'S SHOWBIZ BABY: THE ENCORE Rate
FUFN and Silent Disco are genuinely my favourite thing she’s done so far?! Idk I hope Silent Disco stays a while yet.

Runway (with Doechii) • Soundtrack single
It should climb again this week?! Happy that it rose slightly from last week though but here for it to get a movie boost! (Although with the three track rule and Die With A Smile still starting one of the DWP tracks won’t make it and this kinda the one I’d sacrifice).

Bring Your Love • chart prediction
I can see this going top 10 but that could be optimistic?! I think this could so similarly to Padam Padam peak wise but with a bigger debut where as that rose / climbed I think this will drop after week one but stabilise in the lower top 40 for a few weeks.

Rihanna's UK certifications (updated version)
Now this is one I’ve come to appreciate over the years! She’s really racking up those certs!

positions • 6th Album
This is the album I return to the least as a whole album experience. Most of the songs are just too short and need that extra minute to really make their mark and get that “moment”. That’s almost what I feel about this as a whole album. my hair, safety net, pov, and the title track are great though! But yeah I think this might be my personal least favourite Ari album. Having said that as a whole album it does kinda work and it is cohesive but the track lengths were my issue!

Gaga in The Devil Wears Prada 2 • soundtrack discussion
Glamorous Life is THAT song! That’s the one the general public will take too and what I possibly think could be a small sized hit. Shape of a Woman is actually better than I thought too - that’s the most MAYHEM esque of the 3 (it to me is a bit like Kill for Love vocally) I think when I see that in the film it might work a bit more. Glamorous Life is gorgeous though! I almost fear it could be too good to a soundtrack song so I hope it’s not a Happy Mistake esque hidden gem but that’s the song what I think is by far the best of the 3.

Gaga in The Devil Wears Prada 2 • soundtrack discussion
I’ll be listening to these at some point today?! RUNWAY has actually grown a lot and the videos helped that too! I’d feel a lot different had it actually been on MAYHEM but for something like Devil Wears Prada I think it works fine!! Excited to hear the other two I’ve not heard any leak of Glamorous Life but what I heard of Shape of a Woman was quite MAYHEM esque!

Bring Your Love (with Sabrina Carpenter) ● 1st single
This isn’t Confessions era esque by any means it’s more along the lines of Hard Candy or MDNA territory BUT it is pretty decent. I don’t necessarily feel Sabrina is essential to the song but its very savvy for Madonna to team up with (bar Taylor) the biggest female of the moment. I think it’ll grow too! Yeah it’s pretty decent though (I still think the actual album will potentially have stronger more intro perspective tracks what might appeal to me more) but i actually see this being a hit!

I Knew It, I Knew You • Toy Story 5 Soundtrack Single
Her Academy Award campaign?!

petal. • 8th Album
Hoping that she can get some good first week sales for this?! There’s quite a gap between the release and the announcement/ pre orders going up (a bigger gap than the last two albums anyways). I’m hopeful this could nab some decent sales! I think her team might push for her biggest US sales to date for week one and perhaps this could be her best opening here besides thank u,next? Also wondering what the scheduling is and if we’re gonna get a lead single soon. I don’t think we’ll get the entire album without a single but it would be interesting if she did release it in that way… (Also wondering for tour dates before album release if she’ll surprise debut songs or if it’s a case of London winning as the UK shows are all after the albums out!)

Friday Chart Predictions
Impressive sales for Noah there on albums and impressive to see the studio Michael albums doing those numbers too! Looks like this biopics impact will be big I’m seeing the film at some point over the next few days!

Least Fave Lady Gaga Single Round 11
This is getting hard now since I voted for Stupid Love since round one?! LoveGame is the weakest but think I’m a minority on that one for now?!

petal. • 8th Album
I was in the barbers when I seen this was announced and had to keep my need in to scream! I love the black and white image of her smile so if that’s the cover I’m happy (but we know how the fans get her to change her mind on that one sometimes 😁) Hyped for any new music from Ariana though! I can’t guess the direction she’s going in and the title itself is pretty obsecure but I quite like it as a title if it’s fitting to her growth mentally and how she’s in a better space it kind of fits! Intrigued to see if the devil is beating his wife is a song (that was the rumoured album title of if it was total fan fiction). Both Madonna and Ariana saving July? 🏳️🌈

Die With A Smile (with Bruno Mars) ● 1st single
I didn’t think it was going too for a time but I think this could overtake Poker Faces weeks top 100 now!
-
Demi Lovato - It's Not That Deep
I still can’t quite fathom how unnoticed this went in the UK! I hope it can at least chart top 100! I think it’s pretty good as an album and she managed to land in the top 10 with her previous (5!!) studio album so #117 is quite the comedown. Is there physicals with the deluxe do we know or no?

Teenage Dream • Album #2 Discussion
1 more week and this will be on 100 weeks top 40 in the UK!

RAYE - THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE.
This albums chart run has been really impressive? #6 in week 4! Brilliant by 2026 standards and this week we had quite a few new entries charting ahead. I can see it getting a few more weeks top ten.

Herbs Ranks the 2008 #1's
I’ve really loved stumbling across these from months ago and just wish I seen them at the time! 2008 has some great #1s but the Ting Tings track is genuinely amongst my worst songs ever 😆. Duffy takes the crown for me on this chart year (and Warwick Avenue also deserved #1 too. Rockferry is a stellar album and still an album I love in its whole now. I’m torn between Coldplay, Girls Aloud and Leona for my other favourite #1 here! I did absolutely love So What at the time but prefer much of the Funhouse album now and think P!nk has far stronger what didn’t top the chart but this was her first solo US #1 at least! Run is one of my favourite ballads and I love both versions although Leonas just edges it like what a vocal and when she did it live I still remember it now both on X Factor and Live Lounge surely still the best ever live lounge performance.

Jim ranks the 2009 UK #1s
I remember stanning Pixie back in 2009 and she did pretty well getting two #1s pretty close together. I think Cry Me Out is probably her best track overall these days (this is kinda. 2009 #1s theme with artists getting #1s with tracks not quite up to what they’re capable of. Kelly Clarkson sole UK #1 is nowhere near what she’s capable of but I was at the time pretty happy that she finally managed to get a chart topper to her name. Cascada being the artist who stopped the king of pop getting posthumous #1 too is genuinely so camp and one of my favourite things only real chart stans would know but again I don’t think Evacuate the Dancefloor is amongst their best! When Love Takes Over is top tier Guetta though and Fight for This Love is genius what a song for when Cheryl’s princess diana era over here was in full force crazy it did so much sales for a non charity track too but she really was our sweetheart then and that performance too! I’m laughing looking at how dominant X Factor was at this list with many tracks either being X Factor acts or tracks performed on the live shows (or both!) how times have changed. My main shock here so far was where Bad Boys was rated I expected alexandra to do pretty well on this site. Many tracks here at the time as a teen I loved but I can’t remember the last time I ever played the Tinchy or Dizzee tracks but the JLS tracks are kind of a guilty pleasure and they definitely produced some worse #1s with future eras too. Godga to dominate the top end please.

Scene ranks the 2007 #1s
A bit late here but what a read this was! I actually had the same top 3 as well but Bleeding Love would’ve been my #1. 2007 was a great year to be a chart stan!
