  1. #52 in the UK this week! Just ahead of The Fame which was at #53! Hoping The Fame doesn’t overtake it this soon!
  2. #3 debut in the UK!

From a commercial perspective everything seemed to to go downhill following that Birthday party of hers didn’t it!
  4. This really is strong isn’t it! It does feel very nostalgic but not in a dated way at all. Parts of it really remind me of the first time I ever delved into Madonna’s Music album as a whole album - the production really takes me back to that at times! Really also get a MARINA influence on this and shades of Britney throughout Britney and In The Zone eras. She’s really struck with this! What a strong debut too this feels like the sort of album someone would make like 3/4 albums in so excited to see where she heads off to next and what’s in store in the future. Main pop girlie energy for sure. Only thing for me id love some sort of extended version of the album in terms of track lengths! But even then nothing felt too abrupt and the album flowed perfectly too.

Having heard it it’s not too eventful not necessarily bad but nothing we haven’t heard from her before (and done better previously).
  6. At the time it unjustly had the biggest drop from #1 ever didn't it and I think it also had the lowest weekly sales of the 21st century for a #1 debut at the time of release as well🤣! In 2025 those sales and that week 2 for an artist on their 4th main era 10+ years into their career it wouldn't look too shabby! Promotion (or lack of) is what completely led to the album just not recovering though (but unfortunately with Xtina outside the US her last three eras all had the same fate of lack of actual knowledge across the GP there was an album out). I don't know the full details but there was rumours / hearsay on the album we got not being the original album and the release date was pushed back by quite a while too! Then obviously the tour was shelved and she moved onto Burlesque very quickly which after 4 years without a studio album felt like the era was just abandoned after the reception / sales. There's so many highlights on this album for me though and I really do feel parts of it actually are ahead of it's time! I always commend Xtina because from her debut to Stripped to Back to Basics to Bionic she always completely revitalised her image and sound and in that aspect I don't think she was credited enough.
  7. Ed by numbers esque but catchy enough. I much preferred the sound of his last two albums what felt a bit more of an authentic sound. Can see this next era for him doing decently though.
  8. The Giver was (for me at least) far far better on initial listens (but more suited to my taste) only comparasion I see is they're both standalone releases following a string of smashes. I can see this going to #1 at least for one week though. I did enjoy this but may like it more on repeated listens. Here for a new #1 though and Sabrinas definitely got the star power at the moment to do that!
  9. I’m gonna say #1 debut here! I think it depends on the song on the longevity but she’s unstoppable at the moment and can do no wrong and she’s putting something out whilst the irons very much still hot! Gonna predict around 70k to give her an easy #1 debut!
  10. I've always been 50/50 on this as a song. It always goes off live and whenever I hear it in a club but it's not one I go out my way to play on it's own (but because its not attached to a studio album that could be why). Not one i'd rank towards the top of their singles discography though.
  11. 15 year anniversary now for this divisive album! Justice for Bionic still needs to fully happen😆
  12. If its not music video related then im guessing interlude videos for MAYHEM Ball?!
  13. Seeing multiple posts now on Twitter / X what are hinting at a surprise Glastonbury set being planned. If so, I wonder if she’s doing the legends slot that Rod Stewart was pencilled in for. He’s just postponed some shows due to illness and she’s more than legendary enough to cover!
  14. Still seeing some people saying How Bad Do U Want Me is getting some playlist adds and is also high up on the 'This is Lady Gaga' playlist? I remember seeing something regarding Australian radio but I've not seen it on any UK playlists as of yet. I do honestly see How Bad Do U Want Me taking off though and it's a side of Gaga we've never seen before either possibly her post pure pop almost bubble-gum release since Eh Eh. Come on Mother serve us up the next single now 😆 (tbf I do remember some insiders saying the next single announcement and video were coming after Singapore and these days music videos don't actually make that much difference (Abracadabra did but the song and video come at the same time there) I think playlisting is more essential for whatever the next track to get a push is. In other news! #56 isn't too bad for Monday pretty close to where it was last week and by Friday it climbed a few places so it's holding up where it is for now.
  15. Midweek #1 in UK! Hopefully it holds up but haven’t seen the sales as of yet! If it does it would be her third #1 album here 😀. I think I’ll now get a physical this week to try and help out but her team hopefully will see this and add some more signed copies to the UK store.
  16. Just based from the TUDUM performance, It’s heavily hinted it’s being used in Wednesday too 😁
  17. Some sad news was announced yesterday. Rihanna’s father has passed away. Hoping that Rihanna and her family are doing well under the circumstances and sending thoughts to her.
  18. I now think Zombieboy is getting the push!
  19. I keep going back to Golden Burning Sun and Walk of Fame. Two definite career highlights. I need to really delve into it as a whole album again and I’m very intrigued at seeing it as a visual piece. She really is SO versatile though. One of the most interesting females of the 21st century for real. What are we anticipating for this chart wise is there anything else major out this week UK wise? The signed edition on her store is STILL sold out so I’m hoping that’s at least good sign. 😆
  20. Loved that performance!! Very coded with Born This Way in ways. Zombieboy to me always felt like it could go viral so if that is the next single I think it’s a smart move and if it’s used in Wednesday even better. But Wednesday is still two months away right so in the mean time I wonder what’s happening or are they pushing it early so the GP are aware of the track before the series drops.
  21. I’m not sure what to expect here! Don’t think we’re gonna get a new song tonight though is my guess. Netflix had something MAYHEM related in their actual bio didn’t they so I do think that there’s more to come from that era and the Wednesday track is surely Zombieboy right. As for what she’s performing tonight - absolutely no idea! She loves to surprise though doesn’t she 😆. What sort of event is Tudum though?! Like is it an event where we can expect a Gaga performance like Abracadabra for example or is it more along the lines of “Lady” and we can expect a stripped back performance of something like Vanish Into You or Die With A Smile.
  22. 18 years ago today since the original version of the album was released to the world!! What a time it was! STILL charting consistently in the UK too currently at #67 and 276 weeks on the chart! Can easily see it getting to 300 weeks by the end of the calendar year.
  23. Sales wise the drop was less harsh this week! Hoping that it sticks around this part of the chart until we get something to boost it!
  24. Her best album did that!
  25. Round 4 is now open and again vote for your two least favourites! 8 songs now remain! Last round we lost Take A Bow a song what also topped charts in UK but is definitely one that she’s done a lot better since. However if being the lead of the re-release of the huge Good Girl Gone Bad era meant that she was riding her imperial phase era! We also lose Love The Way You Lie a huge song back in 2010 and one what very narrowly on a few occasions missed the UK #1 despite being the year end #1!
