How are we feeling re this. Is Joker / Bruno collab / LG7 all coming together almost all at once?!?! Or is it likely we could be getting Bruno collab (for his album) Joker movie / music Weeknd collaboration (for his album?) Then LG7?! The Weeknd collab rumours are what I’m most unsure of as they could be part of both his album, her album and potentially Joker as I do feel like he kind of had that feel of dark / gothic imagery that could go with the soundtrack. It feels like a really exciting time to be a stan. We’re almost out of the drought! I think it could be really smart getting some collaborations out there and the movie prior to LG7 just to increase hype even more (and raise her streaming profile with actual new music).

I’m more thinking this is Bruno’s lead but it’s a great way of getting exposure to Gaga for when her own projects where she’s the lead are about to drop. I’m quite impressed that until the last few days we didn’t really know anything regarding this as I’m thinking this must’ve been recorded a while ago now. Either her team are getting better or Bruno’s team are doing their job well (or both). I can see this being a real moment though.

When are Chappell / Billie due to go to ACR out of interest? I do like both songs a lot and was rooting for both of them to get a shot at number one for the singles.

Bruno / Gaga could definitely pull some decent numbers (but I am a Gaga / Stan here so I could be wishful thinking) but big name Collaborations are sometimes difficult to call and it depends on song itself. Sabrina may also do well with whatever the third single is from her album. I presume something will get pushed on album release day.

The Weeknd is the one I believe the most although I do think she’s actually more similar to Bruno as a performer. I’d take both though as The Weeknd and Bruno are amongst my favourite males especially The Weeknd who I pretty much stan. It could prove very good for her streams by getting high profile collaborations and it’s been some time since she worked with current males (I mean we’ve had Bradley’s Elton, Tony and of course the other one) but besides that it’s not really since her debut era where we’ve had her work with another male of her generation right? Just give me all the new music! I’m wondering if she could be collaborating as a featured artist on these tracks maybes or could they be LG7 related. I think The Weeknd kind of fits what I feel LG7 will sound like but then even that’s based off almost nothing as the snippets haven’t given a lot to go by (but I do feel it’s perhaps a dark era).

So happy for her! The albums already done really well so this is more just like a cherry on top of the cake to have it get the number one peak but still thrilled that she’s done it. Well deserved! Also like that we seen an album have a rise to number one as well :wub: :heart:

Very curious here now as to what tracks from the album were previewed here given what we’ve heard from the era so far. It’s so far from all of those things at this point. I really feel like this was what she set out to do as well but it just hasn’t necessarily felt natural or authentic. @1798539808010379678 Genuinely curious as to the first week sales / position of this though. UK wise surely she can possibly do about as well as what Rita Ora and Jess Glynne did with their most recent albums as they’ve similarly went from being hit makers to a pretty steep decline.

Gaga and The Weeknd are both set to drop music too so I wonder who’s project this is for as in who’s lead and if they’ve recorded more than one track? (I mean with Beyoncé for example we had a track for each of their projects at the time). I’m so ready though. It’s a collaboration I’ve always hoped for.

I’m on holiday at the weekend and it would be very Gaga for an announcement to conincide with this. I’ve always believed The Weeknd rumour though! And I think it has massive potential as well if it’s indeed Prince influenced. Theyre both pretty visual too with many alter egos so I think creatively they could work alongside each other very well.

Finally Enough Love is also back inside the UK Top 100 this week. I so wish it was Celebration what was recharting as that’s way more likely what’s being streamed but an extra week in the chart history books nonetheless :wub:

Hopefully Like A Prayer gets a reset. It would be such a moment for it to chart again :heart:

The Munich shows begin tonight! Anyone on here also attending at some point this month? Wonder if her streaming will see enough of a boost for some of her catalogue to return to the UK albums top 100. I imagine there’ll be big press regarding this especially for opening weekend. I imagine the impact in Germany will be huge. The venue looks pretty impressive as it was specially built just for her.

They may as well try and get multiple videos out there but I feel like so much of the budget was hashed on Woman’s World that maybe they’re block recording videos now to drop at some point down the line? None of the snippets that I’m hearing have really made me take much notice though. All feel very KP by numbers and not anything new being brought to the table.

I think there’s more of an element of people actively *not* wanting her to do well now as well. I mean I wasn’t ever necessarily a stan but I don’t think she was ever given this amount of bad publicity and backlash ever like even including Witness era. I still feel a little bit convinced as well that she likely was warned against this and had several people probably advise her not to team up with Luke, and then again not to release this single and that video but I feel like she’s kind of dictated this assuming everyone else would be wrong.

Everyday it’s like there’s an even worse stat or chart position announced :mellow: I can imagine she must be feeling pretty bad now though as there’s no dressing around that this has arguably been the worst choice she’s made to date within her career.

I wonder if there’s a chance this might not peak in week one? But I’m seeing so much love for this across socials and every bit of promo / interviews she’s done for this has just made her personality completely shine. She’s so lovely and I’m willing for her to do well not only because she’s talented and has very similar tastes to myself but she’s just so likeable (and she continues to do so much for her hometown too). Just seen a video of her where she’s supportive of Cheryl too. Geordie queens uniting :wub:

I’m liking these trailers so far! I think it’s been quite good too that the trailers haven’t focused too much on Gaga’s music within the movie too and we’re just focusing on her as the character. They both look as if they’re going to be completely captivating though and I can imagine this being meme worthy and very viral when we do get it, it just looks like that type of movie from what little we’ve seen so far.

I don’t quite know about a new single but I’m now believing this Olympics story now. Unless it’s just a massive coincidence that she now happens to be in Paris.

Not 100%! But on HMVs site it gives you the option on certain orders to actually look at the Track Listing so you could look that way. If the full tracklist is available it should show you on there. Sometimes with HMV though the “exclusive” part does just mean the artwork is different but the tracklisting isn’t. I know some of Lanas albums and the last Paloma Faith album that was the case but If the option is there to check the track listing have a look that way if you can :)

My fellow home town queen has always been on the right side of history :wub: She’s been a Little Monster from the very beginning too! But I know that she’s been pretty vocal especially in regards to chromatica she has plenty merch from that era and she attended that Ball.

Glory Days in at #24 on this list with Get Weird at #34 @1814295151218487354 Glory Days really had one of the best album campaigns of the 2010s decade when I think back (UK wise at least).

Anyone who’s from Shields will love the Colmans Fish and Chips promo right at the start :lol: she’s still so proud of her hometown which is lovely to see (at least one member is -_- ). The South Shields FC scarf too. Love the video though, a bit bonkers but very her. I did love how it looked like past Jade was singing the song as well really clever editing. This is such a strong whole package. It seems Jades hit the clearest idea of who she is as Jade. I’ll also watch later to see if I can divulge things and work out certain meanings but this is like a genuinely very strong, smart debut from her.
