    I feel Gaga is in a better position going into a new era than what Katy was too so I could see her debuting top ten and going straight to the iTunes #1 too.

     

    Hopefully Apple will too and Amazon Music.

     

    She become a streaming artist with the ASIB album far better than she did Joanne.

    She posted a photo of herself with the Vinyl today.

     

    Crazy how it’s not out. With the previous post about Westlife they had a huge fanbase and there was more of a want for a comeback for them.

     

    With Louise she’s more niche market maybes? Like Westlife appeal to mums which is a huge market for Q4 Louise won’t appeal to that market.

     

    It would’ve been better to release at a time like this when sales are lower as a top ten position on paper would look great. By the time the albums out it’s sales will probably see it chart at like #20 something.

     

    Is the pre order doing well?

    Bounce Back is far superior.

     

    I’m not much of a Nicki fan so I think that adds to my dislike for Woman Like Me but I was never here for that track in any capacity tbh. Even Jess Glynnes version ain’t all that.

     

     

    I hate when the show makes out characters don't know who famous people are. Lola may be in her mid-20s but would she really never have heard of Julie Garland, Donna Summer and Dusty Springfield?

     

    I mean I know who they are but I think it’s sort of very slightly possible some who’s my age and straight might not.

     

    The same way a character like Dot wouldn’t know who Ariana Grande or someone like that was.

     

    A few weeks ago in Coronation Street Maria wasn’t aware of the rapper Giggs and one of Stormzy or Skepta :w00t:

    Amy also recently came out and said Arabella told her how she was being perceived, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that happened too with Curtis as they were coming across as an old married couple.

     

    That’s probably why the producers swiftly ensured Arabella was dumped in the public vote.

     

    I imagine they were pretty peed off with her for giving away outside info. I think I read as well that she told the original girls it looked like they were bullying Lucie.

     

    Also on tonight’s show is it a recoupling where nobody is actually dumped or is someone going? There’s equal boys and girls isn’t there

    Props to Sam for stepping out of his comfort zone though.

     

    He’d only have been called boring / dull for sticking to his same formula.

     

    The song itself is good. The video I think I’ll have to watch a few more times.

     

    I can see it being a slow burner long running top 20 hit.

    Just another hunch here but does anyone else feel Curtis would’ve stuck with Amy if they’d placed within the top 3 of the first couples vote we had...

     

    I genuinely feel he would have tbh. He only ever started to have doubts when he realised they weren’t the public’s favourites.

    Michael was initially my favourite but hes just gonna do the same thing again.

     

    Plus his comment about finding what he was looking for was about Joanna as he said and she’s now leaving or something like that.

     

    I’d have thought if the girls had Ambers back they’d have sent him packing instead of Joanna tbh. Why they even encouraged her to open up to Michael I was thinking wtf I’d never tell my girl friends to do that I’d have told her to do the exact opposite.

     

    I have a hunch that whoever Amber does pick will end up finishing second though.

     

    The race for second place looks on tbh Anton and Belle stand a chance as do Maura and Curtis and maybe who Ovie is with too.

     

    Antons like the Scottish Laura of this series the journey contestant who had hard luck then found someone.

     

    Michael is a bit like the Josh but Ambers also had a story arc what hasn’t been easy.

     

    Francesca, Harley and Chris though I think will be the exits leading up to the final though.

     

    Anna and Jordan I think could fall at the final hurdle too tbh I hope they don’t but I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t make the final. With the other couples one or both of the islanders are popular and both Anna and Jordan haven’t really connected the way likes Amber, Anton, Maura, Molly and Tommy have.

     

    I’m guessing after tonight’s show we’ll get a favourite boy / favourite girl vote or favourite couple which will be shown on Sunday.

    Body Language eventually sold a respectable 400k which I guess may have been a better result than anticipated following its initial performance, but probably much lower than the originally expected. What it needed was a successful campaign in 2004, much like In the Zone had:

     

    2003:

    Body Language: 265,000, 63rd best seller

    In the Zone: 125,000 145th best seller

     

    2004:

    Body Language: 110,000, 165th best seller, 375,000 in total

    In the Zone: 363,000 51st best seller, 488,000 in total

     

    'Toxic' and 'Everytime' both helped In the Zone return to the Top 15. 'Red Blooded Woman' was had a heavy promo schedule but could only help Body Language return to the Top 40 for one week (#28). By the time 'Chocolate' was released, the album was out of the Top 100 and only briefly returned.

     

    It’s crazy how those sales were as high as that for not even being top 40 YTD.

     

    Those sales now are like the equivalent to a million seller in those chart days.
