Just noticed that as of now the top 6 are actually her 6 chart toppers! That’s quite a rare time where we see all the number ones actually at the top. I can see Always Remember Us This Way overtaking Telephone and Rain On Me eventually though and Die With A Smile to potentially head for top 5 too!

Midweek #22 in UK for week 8! But there’s a lot of new entries ahead of it so I think it’ll climb by Friday (but will more than likely be top 20!) Hopefully the insiders on X who were claiming new videos / a new single is coming soon are accurate as that will really help the album out now and keep it in the upper regions for more time.

UK #10! 7 weeks top 10 now her longest charting solo album in the top now since Born This Way now having overtaken Chromaticas weeks in the top ten this week! Also in the UK we finally got the gold certification confirmed this week ❤️

The vocals for me are what I can’t get my head around. She’s never been a vocalist but the Rise clip that’s going around is genuinely appalling and she didn’t sound much better on ET or Roar either. Let’s see how the tour progresses and if it was more just night one nerves.

I wish Lorde dropped at midnight tonight! I still think it may do decently enough though. Once it’s actually Friday it’ll get the new music Friday playlists push with any luck. I think it might stand a chance at a top 40 entry possibly? I hope it does something it’s a decent enough track. Hopefully there’s strong playlisting for the track and a streaming push.

Unrelated to the UK shows here but didn’t want to create a new thread. The Tour kicked off last night! Just had a look at some videos going around X of it! Some questionable vocals for sure…!

The chants in it took me to Hollaback Girl! Zara’s really frustrating as an artist though. She’s got a strong voice, can actually perform but most of her material just does nothing for me which is a shame.

I really hope this becomes one of those Gaga like tracks where over the years the appreciation grows. Like a Judas 2.0 esque hit what in real time didn’t necessarily feel like a major smash yet as the years go by appreciation grows and the streams roll in and it becomes an enduring smash.

Also hoping it stays there! Looking promising for now that it’s still #10! I don’t know what she could overtake what’s currently ahead (like could we possibly overtake BRAT?) but then ABBA Gold usually streams well and I imagine Ariana isn’t too far from top ten units wise? At least the chart run is stable at least though. I mean we’re on week 7 and we’re talking about wanting it to remain top 10! Some albums these days (well a lot actually) don’t even manage two weeks top 40! Gaga really has transitioned into being a streaming force now hasn’t she!

So many shows!! Praying she takes care of herself and there’s sufficient rest and downtime between the legs of the tour!

I’m now gonna say How Bad Do U Want Me for the next single! I think it’s the most summer ready hit and the most smash esque hit on the album one too! It’s got viral potential! Also the album should likely get confirmed Gold in the UK this coming Friday I believe. It’s on 97K+ at present so with its sales this week it should hopefully cross that mark.

Just where does she go from here at this point. Everything she touches lately is seemingly just turning to s***. It does feel quite pile on as much as a lot of it’s her own doing. Nervous to see what awaits for the tour because I can only imagine people are waiting for that to fail / find the flaws etc. After the tours wrapped up though I can’t call at the moment what exactly she can do and where she goes from here. It’s a very obscure one! I think her general public popularity has went down more with the space story than it did the Dr Luke thing though (yet at the same time It’s seemingly only Katy who’s getting it and not anyone else who was on board).

Another amazing show!! She handled the mishap so well and at least there’s proof the vocals were live too! Hope to see another strong week of streaming as a result too!

8 weeks top ten now! 🤩 Her third longest running album In the UK top ten albums! If it’s top 10 again next week it’ll tie Sweeteners weeks! thank u, next managed 12 weeks!

Just had a look at the charts for this week out of curiosity! Streaming - 14 Sales - 22 Downloads - 16 Physical - 24 Happy to see it top still 10 officially. Streaming wise on Apples chart for albums it’s been top 3 pretty much all week and was even #1 some of the week (although that chart is very different to the official one!). On the sales charts I expected lower because of the RSD impact! Let’s see what impact Coachella weekend 2 has! Really do hope we get confirmation of the next single though. Week 7 onwards was when Chromatica began to quickly tail off the charts - I hope the same doesn’t happen here (although I am optimistic this is going to get more chart weeks!).

MAYHEM has stayed in the UK Top 10 for a 6th week now. It’s #10 this week but was #16 in Mondays midweek update so a rise since then! It’s now matched Chromatica weeks wise in the UK top ten albums!

I was at the Newcastle show and they did sound great! The atmosphere from the crowd didn’t feel there though (like say if I’m comparing it to Girls Alouds show that was crazy in terms of atmosphere from the crowd and had more of a show feel to it and more crowd interaction too). They did sound great though and for me there was definitely enough hits and newer material.

The chart run section is also still showing a lot of albums as being re-entries on the 04/05/2023 chart 😆. Hopefully at some point we can get an app and it’ll flow smoother!

Do What U Want again gets my vote! It’ll actually feel really difficult when that leaves for me! This is in general stronger than the lead singles for sure!

Wow!! Im hopeful top 10 could be possible. It’s climbed from #16! Don’t know if it’ll be Sam what she overtakes but she should be able to manage to overtake something else I think / hope!
