So What is now 3X Platinum in the UK!

I actually really liked this as a whole album listen. I’ve always liked Myles though (agree it feels like he’s been around a while and that it’s not his real debut) but as far as debut albums go I think it’s pretty good. Don’t think this forum will be all over it 🤣 but I hope it does well enough for him and that he can get himself a top 5 album I’d say thats hopefully achievable.

I’ve picked up a copy of this magazine! (It says sold out here but certain shops sell it the “big” Tesco near me sold it! Olivia’s sales are so good! Good to see a female pull in those figures (coming for the non Taylor / Adele female best of the 2020s so far!)

Did this manage to chart anywhere?! It didn’t chart at all on the Billboard Charts or the UK top 100. Pretty staggering to see a fall that hard!

I’m actually finding myself returning to this and wanting to hear it more and more! There’s quite a lot to unpack upon this as a whole album and I actually feel like on repeated listens it is actually a transition away from the sound of her first two albums! I suspect this could get her another GRAMMY win. I don’t know if it’s to do with her influences etc but I actually feel like this has quite a British feel to it in certain tracks id think it was by a British female (thinking back she is quite British esque lyrically to me) not a critique more an observation I’ve found but perhaps shows why she resonates very well over here she’s really huge here!

#49 in the UK midweeks this week. It was a lot lower in the midweeks last week and ended up at #42 so I don’t think top 40 is that much of a reach. Hope she can do it!

EU tour has kicked off and looked incredible!! Manchester getting the opening treatment (two month till he’s in the UK again for my shows in London). Actually feeling a bit sad this is his last major event as The Weeknd but he’s worked so hard and done so much - what an icon. I seen as well he was the highest paid musician of 2025.

With her being in the press lately due to the Harry tour I just realised that Shania Twain hasn’t had a mention. Many of the Come on Over tracks feel like they crossed over generations and are very well known!

expectations is the campest thing she’s ever done so I hope that gets a moment it’s pretty Chappel esque (I mean this in a good way)!

I went for Amy Winehouse, Bruce Springsteen and The Killers but was hard to narrow it down to just 3! Amy’s career was so short but she really does feel up there with people who’ve had decades long careers when topics like this come about.

I enjoyed on first listen. Didn’t really see a huge difference between her first two albums and this but I do think she does her sound pretty well and I’ve always liked her voice. Was interesting seeing a featured artist on one of her solo albums and for me it actually worked. I’ll listen again and share my highlights etc but on first listen it was nice enough. I have a feeling people will listen to Olivia and feel a way people my age (I feel old saying this and im still young) but I feel like she’s perhaps what Avril Lavigne was to people born in the mid 90s who captured that angst, sadness and coming of age feeling what I feel she does very well.

Shame it wasn’t a week later, but here for the promo! Not long for the album now!

I expected an Olivia domination but not on this level, wow!

She’s racking those UK number ones rather fast now! It felt like it took an age for her to get one and then again it took a while before she got her second but since Anti Hero she’s racking them up with ease! I am happy for her though! I feel like both Taylor and to a lesser extent Ariana are amongst the females with most number ones in the UK but most of their actual chart toppers don’t feel like they’re amongst their signature hits!

I’ll take #3! Taylor and the ever dominating Rein Me In being ahead of it doesn’t feel like too much of a drop. I do think this will rack up a nice chart run (and may avoid ACR when the album drops too!!)

What a day for press! I’m glad we have a positive news story here though she’s always supported LGBTQ+ (and she does have many stans who tick this box too!) she’s a real sweetheart. I truly hope she’s doing ok! I said earlier that with the break up being announced publically I hope she’s got a good circle of people around her and that she’s well loved behind scenes as the tours just opened up. Here for some positive stories. Love that she reacted to the ICE video too (hope it can rise streams for the song though a pop BOP!)

I think this could be her highest peaking album of the UK chart so far! #33 is her peak so far so any higher than that works! This is one of those albums where I can’t work out if it’s gonna do what Robyn did and sneak a week top 10 before dropping out or do what Mariah’s last album did!

That’s pretty big!! She usually does better on Spotify too right?

eeek! Still didn’t get round to this I’ll still keep it open for more posts for now and at some point will get round to doing results! The Rih forum Is pretty quiet (understandable I guess with her being MIA from music but trying to get some more action!)

This whole results has been a mess for me at least 3 songs gone what would still be in my top 12! From what’s here I’d say Judas is the one I’d least likely play on its own but I have grown fond it of it lately with its resurgence and MAYHEM Ball usage.

I think this has now overtaken Poker Face in terms of top 100 weeks in the UK!! Only Shallow has more! (But shallow is 31 weeks ahead at the minute so a way to go yet) brilliant continued longevity for Die With A Smile hope it hangs on and Bruno’s Wembley shows may boost it next month too.
