I'm sick of hearing this. The Rolling Stones charge up to $500 for their tickets and nobody / no journalist complains. I swear Madonna gets all this c**p just because she is a woman and just because she is Madonna. And they are *not* overpriced given the obviously well above average amount of money each of her shows costs to put on, and more importantly, the fact that nobody who saw the show and bought a ticket complained about the price.

Nope. This time, world wide only a CD/DVD will be released. The DVD/CD was canceled around Xmas time. So it will only appear on *album* charts. Which will help it sell more and chart better than IGTTYAS in the UK. The DVD/CD took sales away from the IGTTYAS CD/DVD, causing it to miss the Top 10. This time the sales will not be spread among two formats. FYI- IGTTYAS was only released as a CD/DVD in America, unlike most other countries where both formats were released.
