  15. I was wondering too that he didn’t have any say. Strange case anyway Awww thank you. Was also considering to enter BJSC again if it‘s possible. I had a nice entry :cheer:
  16. I don‘t think this will happen. Just read an article about this, who steal what. And apperently southstar was a fan of Oliver Tree‘s song Jerk and he sampled/remixed it. Rather sampled I would say. But without asking for a permission. According to the manager of Robin Schulz, as an answer the label and the production team behind Schulz created a very similar song to the Southstar version but with the voice of Oliver Tree. Robin Schulz himself didn‘t even know about this. If this is true than that‘s a real mess

  24. There are a lot of things in your article that are only half true and also shows that you haven't really understood how the UK singles chart work and what the UK singles chart is. It is not a teenage chart and also not an adult chart or fan chart or a chart with the most popular songs. It is a consumption chart after all, you like it or not. The UK singles chart just shows what the UK people consume from the music market. IT was once a sales chart but in our times consumption is not just buying something, but also streaming. The sales of songs in the UK are dramatically falling and more and more are replaced by streaming. I personally don't want to see a chart that has a number 1 with less than 10.000 copies and that's the point the UK singles chart reached already a year ago. 5-6 years ago weekly 2-1million songs were bought on the online shops and music stores. The last year we haven't seen a week (if I remember well) with more than 1 million sales, but rather less than 900.000 sales. So in my opinion the OCC reacted in time and well to the new consumptions habits of the customers. On the other side the customers of the non classical music market came mostly from the younger audience, that hasn't changed much today either. So that the UK chart is a teenage chart is not a valid argument. :)
