I was too young to be a fan back then. I still cant understand how that album didnt go to #1. With 3 singles being #1 prior and 5 in total and total sales of more than 1.5 m what do u think went wrong back then ?

Looking at the way some singles develop, if streaming existed when Westlife started they would prpbably have 1/3 of the chart toppers they have now but would deffinitely have sold at least 3 times more records. Based on the above i wonder how far is Tonight and when u tell me that u love me from being certified. I would expect them to be close...

I think Westlife should be able to sell out both just by UK fans right? Especially assuming no other dates in the UK are opened at the moment, right? Not sure. I was only looking last night at Take That doing like 8 conscecutive nights there and i found it extraordinary. Did it actually happen?

Just did! Hmmm that is really huge! It seems like a party in the UK, and sounds strange that they want to take advantge of this concert nostalgia the pandemic created to perform at the Wembley for 2 nights, as they are a foreign artists after all.... lets see if it all goes ahead it is gna be big... kind of disappointend myself though since living abroad and with all this fuss going on for tomorrow i would prefer a new songle instead of adding a second weembley concert :)

I have a dream / seasons in the sun must be a special case since its a double song single and i dont know how is it calculated. maybe some of the streams are being counted individually, since both seasons in the sun and i have a dream are in their top 20 most streamed songs... anyway this is an estimation on how much around their sales have increased per single in the last ~2 years. It would have been insteresting to see sales of lower singles / songs like Hello My Love / Better Man and also close to certification singles, Tonight, Bop Bop Baby, When you tell me that you love me, I wanna grow old with you, I lay my love on you, I'll see you again etc... 1. fair play to them, how do u expect to pay them, their management, their promoters, their camera men, video directors and all other expenses with singles which sell 20-30k at max? [Dynamite / My Blood] thats like 20-30 k euros of income... we as random persons get paid a lot more... its the tours that makes music artists sustainable... anyway it doesnt look like they will annonce a tour tomorrow, assuming covid uncertainty, although it could be starting from August onwards.. till then its pretty sure we are getting new music and its even possible it might happen tomorrow.... dont forget its friday ;)

Why eould they announce a tour? Its pointless due to covid and all this uncertainty... also pointless is to announce a tour in 2022, its still 12-18 till next summer

Question. Do the conpany or the artist need to claim for a song/album to be certified? For example i see history of Westlife’s certifications and on some certain dates multible albums / singles were certified. How can this be explained?

Worst case scenario it will be a kick off interview. They will propbably announce plans, new record company and maybe some timelines for new music. Best case which is highly doubted is to have music already, but it doesnt look like cause i dont think they were much together the last period, also maybe a go - no go for the tour, but its still early for such statements

When a double single has x amount of physical copies are the streams of the songs added to those sales? Are they counted as totally separate items or both songs are considered the sales of the physical and are added separately the streams? Also the downloads should have similar situation 2. Do the artists get credited for fan videos in youtube ( not vevo official ) as sales for videos with huge streams?

Loneliness is amazing. I love her a lot. Its strange that she stills struggle to reach the million mark in her last videos i thought she was young and famous! Anyway i really wish my favourite Westlife do a duet with her.
