  1. I can't see how you think Jedward are popular all over Europe - They haven't charted in any UK country apart from UK & Ireland
  2. I voted for Azerbaijan - Spain - Germany (x3) - Austria OWN UP!! - Who voted for Italy or Moldova
  3. Shock elemination tonight as we see go
  4. Thank god they don't have our system then. Glee are crap :puke2:
  5. In fact Adele is doing the double in the US. I wouldn't have thought the US liked great artists such as Adele with all the rubbish they put out. Rolling In The Deep has become #1 after 18 weeks The album Adele 21 is still #1 after 11 weeks on the chart. Even though positions 2 to 8 are all new entries. Also in the US album chart sees the Re-entry at #11 of Fleetwood Mac - Rumours -- where the hell did that come from???

I used to like David Guetta's music 5 years ago but hate what he's doing now. I hope Chris Brown makes it as it's his best ever single

Very sad news - R.I.P. John As a member of the Walker Brothers he enjoyed 9 Top 50 hits (including 2 #1s) between 1965 & 1968 - they briefly split and anjoyed another Top 10 hit in 1976 after they reformed. John also had a solo #26 hit in 1967 with Annabella with another which just bubbled outside the Top 50 called If I Promise. The Walker Brothers #1s Make It Easy On Yourself WMZ7TCe5dXc The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore 0q6YWDm0GSU John solo hit Annabella bqoyeKDT0gM
  9. This week it's Bye Bye - and about time too!
  10. I'm completely ignoring this. A one hit wonder is an artist has had only one hit in the complete chart Top50 (to May 1978) - Top 75 (to August 2008) and Top 100 since. A TRUE one hit wonder is an artist that has had one NUMBER ONE hit in the complete chart (Top50 to May 1978 - Top 75 to August 2008 and Top 100 to present) and no other chart entry ever. A list of all the TRUE one hit wonder can be seen HERE Typical BBC only doing half the job.
  11. Jacob should have gone this week. Well at least the Haley & James are still there thank goodness.
  12. Oops sorry!

Both Take That & Robbie Williams solo only achieved 1 hit each. Back For Good peaked at #7 & Robbie reached the lower end of the charts with Millenium.

You're quite right - no UK acts hit #1 between these 2. In fact UK acts were thin on the ground in this period in the full Hot 100.

Congratulations Adele on reaching #2 in the Billboard Hot 100 this week with Rolling In The Deep - (hope you can make it one place higher next week). The last UK act to get this high in the US chart was back in 2008 - Leona Lewis with Bleeding Love which went on to make #1. Rolling In The Deep is also peaking well overseas also: Germany #1 France #3 Australia #19 Canada #7 Ireland #2 Holland #1 New Zealand #3 Norway #8 Switzerland #1 Greece #2 Belgium (Walloon) #5 Belgium (Flanders) #2 Also reaching Top 10 Croatia with Someone Like You currently #6 Slovenia Serbia Slovakia Hungary Brazil
  16. From your list I voted for 90s because I loved all the techno genres. My fave decade though was the 60s. Such a great diverse of genres. For the worst my vote would go to noughties. All that R&B/Hip Hop stuff really does my head in.

  19. I agree with Liam about Haley. Haley & James had the best performances of the night by far. These should now be the 2 finalists going off the recent perfomances. IMO Haley was a slow starter but has really come on in leaps since she did the Janis Joplin track. They eliminated the best - Pia - but finally the worst has now gone. I don't think Stefano should have even been in the Top 12. Hope OTT Jacob goes next week.
  20. I agree she was mega last night!
  21. Well UK took to $h!tney Spears even though she's a talentless $l*t
  22. SC says he has quit because of the schedule and cannot do both UK & US X-Factor shows. ITV don't want this so why don't they re-schedule UK X-Factor to the Late January - April/May slot. Same as AI They must think it's more important that the X-Factor winner will not get to #1 unless it is Christmas. Also I think that Dermot O'Dreary should be shipped off as well as long as they didn't replace him with even more childish Ant & Dec
  23. Sorry double posted
  24. I was really nervous about Haley this week. Thought she was a gonner. Her place in the bottom 3 this week should have been Jacob.

I only liked Heart & Soul. It was their only US hit
