I think an amazing example of this is Shania Twains album Come On Over. It peaked at 15 initially and spawned 3 top twenty hits (You're Still the One, When and From This Moment On), but it wasnt until single #4 That Dont Impress Me Much was released that she hit the stratosphere lol. this song is pretty poor....which is a shame cos I actually like One Shot and Beat Again. I think these guys are talented but if they have very little credibility. If they really wanna hit the big-time, they have got to ditch this crap and come back hard and work on appealing to adults as well as young girls/teens! But tbh i cant see it happening...i mean if Louis Walsh/ Simon Cowell are anything to go by, they will try and turn them into the black version of Westlife (sure that was already more than evident by the song choices Louise forced them to sing on the x factor :puke2: bar umbrella of course)

Dynamite is shaping up to be a MASSIVE worldwide hit for Taio...its number 2 on itunes in america for example (from what i can remember). They would be foolish to release Start Without You on the same day as I don't think she has a hope in peaking higher than him here!

THIS!!!! As a massive MJ fan, hearing and seeing Leona doing this amazing mix had me seriously wertting my pants :lol: I was at the first Belfast concert and she blew me and my friends away. I cant be arsed doing a full review, but highlights were They Dont Care About Us/Outta My Head, First Time Ever I saw Your Face (SOOO much power in her voice!!! she got a standing ovation), Take a Bow and Homeless (LOVED the rocky arrangements for both of these....homeless was also really vocally strong). Also, her choice of covers were amazing, the acoustic Cry me a River was especially good! I also really loved Happy cos i really love that song, and Brave worked so well as the opening track. As for the tour itself....Leona looked AMAZING! She is looking so toned and slim, obviously from all the touring and exercise! The props and set pieces all looked amazing. For example, the I Got You "swings" were really well done! She can no longer be seen as some "boring singer who just stands there". She put on a show and im so proud of her :)
