I think Outta My Head should have been the lead single from Echo ffs! It really annoys me how badly that album was handled. It is sublime :( I See You should have been added as a bonus track and released as a standalone single when Avatar was released to push album sales over Xmas, and then I would have released Naked, Happy and I Got You afterwards Spirit was handled much better thankfully, the only issue I had was that Take a Bow wasnt released in the summer. But at least Bleeding Love and Better in Time/Footprints were ideal choices, and of course Run from the deluxe

Aww This is Love is lush!!! I voted for Flashback, once it goes, the remaining tracks are all my favourites on the album and it will start to get hard :(

Ok Here is my quick review :P 10 1+1 (Absolutely lush, her vocals, that guitar solo, its beautiful :wub: ) 08 I Care (This is quite good, very much a grower for me) 02 I Miss You (tuneless drivel, how it is track three is beyond me!) 10 Best Thing i Never Had (Classic Beyonce track :wub: ) 04 Party (Disappointing, the chorus is underwhelming! Andre's rap is quite good though, it got an extra point for that!) 05 Rather Die Young (Just sounds really dated, although there are some nice harmonies) 09 Start Over (Things are picking up again. Love the vibe and production 07 Love on Top (a chirpy little song which is quite catchy, although i think it goes overboard on the key changes) 09 Countdown (FINALLY, a good uptempo song, can see this being a single, although I can see it getting a rapper added :lol: ) 08 End of Time (Another grower) 10 I Was Here (Wow, this is stunning. The ballads/midtempos p*** all over the uptempos on this album) 03 Run The World (Girls) (Terrible lead single, and one of the worst singles she has ever released. It has no melody and is just her rehashing the "independant women" and "single ladies" women rule bull$h!t) Well overall i think it really is a disappointing album . I only really like 7 tracks, and the album SERIOUSLY lacks good uptempos. I wish they had removed I Miss You, Rather Die Young, and Run the World (Girls) and added some proper catchy uptempos. Also i think the tracklist is seriously lacking. I mean 4 ballads/midtempos at the start? I have every Beyonce album, but I won't be buying this (maybe the 14th deluxe version as we all know she will releasee a few :lol: ). She can do so much better though so as a fan I am disappointed :(

They must be looking to create "buzz" for it before it is released, after the relative flop of Run The World (Girls), to guarantee a top ten placing. It's a MUCH better song too, I really love it. I hope it doesnt suffer with all the negative press/reviews of her latest material...

Shania Twain - Come On Over. The original "country pop" album was out in 1997, and the remixed "international" album was released in 1998/1999 depending on what country you were in! That was just a small success.....39 million copies+ :lol:

Hmmm not even sure this is even getting a proper release, i.e. a video and radio push, as it was a stand-alone single release to coincide with her TV series in North America and autobiography. So it will likely flop here as it wont be promoted :(

What a poor album in comparison to IASF :drama: Most of it is just SO forgettable, and the less said about Run the World, the better :P I will do a rate after a few more listens, but so far, Best Thing I Never Had, 1+1 and I Was Here and maybe Countdown stand out the most for me

I know it has been getting a bit of negative criticism from some disappointed fans, but I personally love it. Her voice still sounds beautiful and this is a lovely laidback tune :)

Oh I totally agree! adored both those tracks. The whole deluxe was handled terribly - i didnt even buy the album as I was waiting for the deluxe, and when i saw the tracklist I refused to buy it. What sort of deluxe edition removes half the songs of the original album? :lol:

I saw her when she came to the Odyssey Arena in Belfast on the Up! tour, and it was a great show. She had to add an extra date as the first one sold out in under half an hour :o But im so saving up to go to Las Vegas now, I have always wanted to go to America, so this will be the perfect opportunity to visit New York AND Vegas :w00t:
