I'm unsure. I think he may have some care for the environment etc etc but it does strike me that he may well be doing it for the bands reputation. I mean it wouldn't be the first time some artist has got involved to boost their popularity. Although to be fair he did attend the WORLD AIDS DAY thing so he does have some charitable bones in his body obviously.
