51. Did awful in League One.

With not posting too much in the Specialist forums, perhaps I'm not qualified enough to comment. But it is clear to me that this move to remove the Specialist forum was definitely in the best interests of the site. A renaming of the "Indie, Rock and Alternative" to perhaps "Alternative" would be a good step. The Specialist forum just split up activity. With the couple of threads I posted in the Specialist, I literally was bewildered with which forum to put them in. The difference between "alternative" and "specialist" is pretty minimal. My view is that the problem you have is that you don't want to see the likes of Massive Attack and Bloc Party clumped together. Perhaps you find it slightly insulting to the acts? As well, incorporating the Specialist into the Indie, Rock and Alternative would surely get these acts a few new listeners and possibly even fans? Surely the idea of a music forum is to discuss music you currently listen to, and DISCOVER new acts? I've done plenty of the latter in my time here, and become more cultured as a result, and more rounded a person. Another point is that the "criticisms" of the AF forums is all well and good, it has little relevance to this situation. The demand for a Natasha Bedingfield forum was there so BJ took the option. Besides, keeping the Natasha Bedingfield talk away in a isolated corner of the site is surely a good thing?! I'm sure if none of these "AF's" existed, you'd be more annoyed when the Pop Forum becomes full to high heaven of The Saturdays?

I was at VUE the day this was implemented, and I of course didn't go to the screening because I am 17... But as previously stated, the noise mostly comes from 'chavs', about 20 years of age and often in a large number, going to the cinema probably after a few drinks before they left, and off for a few when the film has finished. These are usually the most boisterous in the cinema audience than actual kids! It'll also be pretty difficult to implement properly, most cinemas are quite lax with age limits in my experience anyway...

Do this for every post you want to quote, (can be done if it's on more than one page I think). Then when you're done, press 'new reply' and they should all be there for you to address each point. It took me well over a year to realise you could do this :lol:

Carnage.

The rape sequences were funny for about 5 seconds, if that. They were probably one of the most cringeworthy things I've ever seen, and that's saying something for South Park. Some funny moments but a below average start to the new load of episodes.
