Unfortunately Dadi has done what I thought he might and faded badly on iTunes today. Does that mean his chance of Top 40 has gone?

I'll take it being 39 with Dadi at 40 and Perfect at 41 Not that that is going to happen

What chance do Paradise Lost have of staying Top 30 or even Top 25?

I think Dadi Freyr needed to go Top 50 today and its chance may well have gone given that we are now 3 days after Eurovision

Pleased Paradise Lost are still Top 10. Hope they can hang on to a Top 20 spot

About as much as Paradise Lost being No6 when their 2 previous albums were 51 and 56 (although I know they won't stay there) Props to Aaron Aedy, Greg Mackintosh, Nick Holmes and co for having such a long career though. I still remember them from school but I bet they don't remember me. And 5 top 10 albums in Germany and Finland is not to be sneezed at. I think they would say their career overall has been successful

Paradise Lost haven't had a Top 40 album in their home country since Draconian in 1995 according to their Wiki page Low sales or not I hope they do get their highest charting album in ages with Obsidian

Great to see Paradise Lost this high although I guess they won't stay there Goth metal is not my thing but these guys are from Halifax and 4 of them were at Crossley and Porter school at the same time as I was in the late 80s. I wonder if when they formed the band they really thought they would go on to be European megastars which I believe they are in Germany and Finland with a string of Top 10 albums there in a 32 year career I say well done them for being a successful British export over a long period

I'm hoping Paradise Lost who were formed by 4 lads I was at the same school as back in the day in Halifax can get another album chart entry here next week although I know they have been bigger stars in Europe particularly Germany and Finland

Unfortunately the Katherine Jenkins version is listed as 25 March 2017. Which means when it was first promoted at the start of lockdown it missed the 3 week rule for avoidance of ACR by 2 weeks. Which is very annoying

Matt Lucas was No5 on 1st Look and managed to stay Top 40. Unfortunately I fear Vera will fall off quicker on iTunes than Baked Potato did and won't sell many copies after tomorrow. Does she have a shot at staying Top 40 ?

I thought they might be combined. They are after all both on ACR. On BigTop40 they are 3 and 11 with Amanda Holden at 2 and LLAS at No 1 which makes even less sense than it did last week lol
