The Official Charts are fast approaching fanfiction territory rather than an accurate measure of current popularity. I think this may be the first rule I see no merit in at all.

For some strange reason "I Can't Live Without Music" was one of the favourites to win that year. What an educational bop of a song from MozzarElla. I hope she returns soon to teach us about the rest of the colour wheel <3

I remember Belgium being a real guilty pleasure of mine back in 2008. The performance of it on the night was awful though- dressed like a sweet wrapper and totally out of breath practically the whole way through. The staging and her vocals were a lot better at the national selection show.

I actually really liked all of Monaco's 21st century efforts :kink: But then I seem to enjoy all the microstate's offerings even when they are objectively terrible. :lol:
