  1. Yeah, that bit of blue is actually a wing, which you can see if you look at it in person. It goes up to a tiny bit of gold that is the "real" background. Then there is an interference-gold halo over that, with real gemstones. :D Thanx for the appreciation! She is still one of the best things I ever have done yet (I finished her back in 2003, I think). I don't post at Unity anymore, either... -_-
  2. Yeah, I did, actually - sorry for the rerun! ;)
  3. I still only remember 2 full-length songs - the rest is instrumental, as I recall.
  4. Hello, everyone! A while back, I did a painting of her, in a portrayal as a Celtic Goddess. This one is, of course, Eithne; she was done pretty much from my head. Hope that you like her! http://www.artmajeur.com/?go=artworks/disp...p;disp_m=normal
  5. OH-OH-OH!! Feel silly now, natch!
  6. I'll have to have another look at that one - get it back out & have a listen for y'all. I can tell you what she does on it - I seem to remember only 2 real songs, though. I only need to get "The Celts" reissue version, for that extended version of "Portrait". I have had the original since it was released, it is very much beat-up & well-loved (which is a very odd way to put it!!). Oh, & btw - what is "OST"? :)
  7. Ok, I admit it - I don't have a mess of remixes. That's the next thing to tackle - just having the music 1st was where it was at for me past few years. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled. heee

Well, when you get back: I think that Ph.D. means "Doctor of Philosophy", but don't quote me. It's your highest degree. (I THINK that it came from "over there" in the 1st place - again, don't quote me!) MA is "Master of Arts". BFA = "Bachelors of Fine Arts" (that's what I have), MFA = "Master of Fine Arts", BS = (NOT what you are thinking) "Bachelors of Science", MS = "Masters of Science". JD = "Juris Doctor", that's a lawyer - that's what my sister has as of last spring! :D & she passed the bar, too. There are degrees for Business Science, too. That's all I know, I know there is more! ;)

WOW - don't tell me that for ONCE I got my hands on a TRUE RARITY!!!! I'll be blowed!!! Noplace else to say it, so I wanna say: I JUST GOT INTO GRAD SCHOOL!!! :D Now back to our regularly scheduled topic: Yeah, it didn't cost me anything LIKE that much - maybe like $30 WITH shipping! I bought it a few years ago! So, I'm thrilled & NOT about to sell anytime soon! Thanx for the info, MUCH appreciated!

Yes! Was that released in the West as like, a "normal" thing? Mine has Chinese characters & "MTV" on the front. Are they all like that? Just found out I can turn off the annoying subtitles - just have to get my DVD player up & running again, after a mistake I made with the software that I could only rectify by acquiring the dratted CDR offa eBay... *sigh*
  12. Hehe! Actually, no. I own every song, NOT "single" - that would be nice, but I is a pooah poyson, if ya get my meanin'! Which one is IWT? hehe See, I don't even get refs, here! I have several singles, but if it's only a repeat of what I already have, I don't go for it. Like I said, pooah poyson. But I'll keep working on it! For Kate Bush & Loreena McKennitt (the other 2 of my "Triple Goddesses" ), same story - Loreena makes it very easy, she doesn't release ex-album stuff except live stuff (which I don't have for the same reason - already have the music, I want to actually see her sing live!), Kate, VEEEEEEEEWY twicky & difficult, mainly because she's been around since '78 & is such a cult figure. About 2/3rds of her output was vinyl; it's expensive to get the whole schlemeil (story? ;) ) on disc. Anyhoo!! Enya isn't too difficult; just has a lot of artwork out there. Which isn't my 1st priority, as I said - for me, always the music. But about THAT, I am OBSESSIVE!!! ;) I simply MUST have every single thing she's released, song-wise. So, that's what I have. I've been collecting her for something like 15 years now - I have a tolerable collection! I'll enumerate it & come back. :) Yeah, that vid (DVD) is kewl - it's WAAAAAY beyond "Moonshadows". Yeah, must be I missed that bit about the menu, I kinda thought that was what it was but that TOY doesn't really have much of any options available! Ok, I've run on at enough length, here - I'll be back (like Schwartzie, threat not promise!!)

Hehe!! I actually meant specifically, to see her perform - now THAT would float my boat just fine! Not quite up to aspiring to actually meet her, though how groovy would THAT be!!

Hi there, everyone!! :D I only just signed up. I have every song Enya ever released, but that's my big boast - I don't own a lot of "stuff"! ;) I also have that funny Chinese - Japanese? Malaysian?? - DVD release, which I watched before & yet only JUST found out there are lyrics across the bottom - VERY weird!! :P hehe Well, I only can say here that I wish I could see her IN PERSON - perhaps someday! I am 41; I've been a fan since I was about 22 - ? - I think. :)
  15. I own every single song she has released officially - every single, every album, the works as far as that goes. I don't own anything signed, or anything like that - my own feeling for her music is that that's the most important thing, so that's what I rabidly collect! ;) I also have that odd Chinese - Malaysian?? - DVD with all her vids up to just prior to "Amarantine". Here's something weird: I played it on my DVD drive, & noticed nothing amiss. I played it on my tiny "toy" DVD player just recently, & there were the lyrics annoyingly going by at the bottom of the screen!! :( I don't get it, I never noticed them before! Does anyone have any idea if there is an issue of this DVD sans annoying lyrics subtitles? & will there be anything released from "Amarantine" anytime soon? (I'm a vid-nut!) I'm brand-new, btw! :)
