  1. Girls Aloud - Untouchable Just for how sheer amazing it is. One of their best songs!
  2. I definitely agree! Beautiful. Intelligent. Talented. Cool. Honey.
  3. I want to write songs for Cheryl Cole, says ex-Sugababe Keisha Buchanan Aug 24 2010 FORMER Sugababe Keisha Buchanan wants to kick-start her solo career - by writing songs for Cheryl Cole. The singer - who popped into the Virgin Media Louder Lounge at the V Festival in Chelmsford, Essex, over the weekend - admitted to The Razz she's excited about her future without the band. Keisha, who was gutted to miss out on seeing Tinie Tempah's set at the festival, revealed she's now writing for other artists - and Cheryl is on her hitlist. She told us: "The sky's the limit for me and I've started producing as well as collaborating with people. "Everyone I've spoken to is very excited about it and I'm really happy too. "When I write songs, I write harmonies for other people in a band, not just for me. "I'd love to write something for Cheryl. I really love what she did with her last album and would like to see what else she comes up with." Keisha, who split from the band amid much controversy earlier this year, says she's revelling in the responsibility of a solo career. She added: "Everything goes on my shoulders and I don't look left or right to anyone else these days. "There's no one else to please and I love the challenge. "I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I'm writing for other people, as opposed to when I was in the band and writing for myself. I don't want to be a puppet and have someone else give me my sound. "I want to be genuine and hope everyone will be proud of me. "I'm not necessarily relieved to be away from Sugababes and I've had loads of loads of support - more than I ever asked for. I'm having the time of my life at the moment." Keisha, who managed to avoid her former 'Babes bandmates at the festival - Amelle Berrabah and Heidi Range joined new girl Jade Ewing to party at the weekend - says she's also looking into the possibility of acting roles in the future. And she has set her sights on playing a serious role in a drama. She added: "I'd like the challenge of a good acting part but I'd also like to try my hand at comedy too." Having already had one of her songs from the new album leaked on the internet, Keisha says she's almost ready to reveal the rest of her material to the world. Meanwhile, she's having a ball and revelled in the Chelmsford party atmosphere. She said: "I love V Festival. I went this time because I love the festival vibe and wearing the shorts and boots. "Hopefully next year, when the album is out, I'll perform." She added: "Doing the album has been very therapeutic but it's a very positive album and not negative at all. I have wonderful friends and family and a fantastic support system." Later in the night, Keisha was spotted arguing with pals over the serious issue of which redhead from the Branning family in EastEnders is the most attractive. They didn't quite come to blows but it was the subject of a very heated debate. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/showbiz/music...86908-22510160/ Classy, fierce, fabulous, tactful, talented, hard-working, etc. etc. Babe again after cutting out suga deadweight Former Sugababe Keisha Buchanan was looking beyond amazing when I bumped into her last week. There's a brand new weave and an amazing figure with a new sense of confidence after being ousted from the band. The teeny star tells me it's down to being happy following her departure. "I've been working out and I'm not going home every night and eating a Chinese takeaway," she revealed. "I wasn't being healthy before I left the band. I was eating because I was so miserable. I'm happy now and I'm looking after myself." (Damn then Amelle must be REALLY miserable.) She set the record straight on reuniting with her old band mates Mutya Buena and Siobhán Donaghy, who walked branding Keish and Mut bullies. "I've recorded over 30 tracks for an album," Keisha said. "Mut will probably feature in there and I've been hanging out with Siobhan too. Whether we all work together I'm not sure. But we're very much friends and looking at what we could do. I never thought I'd be in this situation with the original girls. But it feels very easy and very natural for me." http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2...15875-22521763/
  4. So exciting!
  5. I think no one gave Amelle as much hate because Reel gurl Mutya left willingly. She wasn't backstabbed, kicked out and publicly trashed. Nothing against Jade but it doesn't look very good to take a job knowing full well someone is getting totally screwed out of 12 years of hard work. Mutya was okay with being replaced. I mean I doubt she liked Amelle but she probably had no issue with 3.0 singing the Sugababes catalogue. And I don't personally hate Jade. But her covers/rapes do not do Keisha's original vocals justice. And I would consider it Keisha's catalogue because she was the longest lasting babe, the driving force behind the group, the best singer (besides Mutya probably) the lead vocalist in most 4.0 material and the most prominent (and probably better) writer. Plus she's a fierce bitch.

If that's what hot looks like I'd hate to see ugly. They all look frumpy as hell. They've clearly let themselves go. Beige hot? Those thighs and that haggard face beg to differ. One of Amelle's thighs is like the size of Keisha's two. Jade looks like a really bad t*****. Who the hell does her make up? Sorry, no offense but it's true. I'd be equally critical of queen K. I'll be the first to admit she was giving Amelle some stiff competition during C&S. Thankfully she dropped all the weight and left hippo status to Amelle. True, the fringe isn't the best. But then again she isn't on stage performing. She's just attending a music festival she doesn't have to be all done up. You'd think, being on stage, the girls covering her songs would give even a little damn what they look like.

  12. Kay finally ready to review Missing You - Boring, wannabe American sounding and completely unoriginal and no solo for Una?? 2/10 Higher - Catchy, fun pop song. Great chorus. 8/10 Died In Your Eyes - Utterly boring. They may as well have added Here Standing instead of this. 3/10 Karma - It's catchy enough but it just hasn't clicked with me. 6/10 Puppet - I love the intro. The chorus is a bit of a letdown but overall the song is really good. 8.5/10 One Shot - I love this song but I don't really see significant difference from the album version... 9/10 for the song itself but idk wtf it's doing on this album. Ready To Rise - Catchy fierce and fabulous gay anthem. You can just picture this on blast at a club. How this is a bside is beyond me. 9/10 Idk. I'm not very impressed with this, especially when Wordshaker had so many good songs on it. My main issue with them is their lack of identity. I mean they're on their third album and they've yet to release a song that you can truly say is the Saturdays' "sound". I feel like all their songs could have been sung by anyone. Sorry for the comparison but when you look at Girls Aloud or most of Sugababes catalogue there is something in those songs that is strictly Girls Aloud or Sugababes. I feel they were really close with wordshaker with songs like Forever Is Over, Lose Control, and Wordshaker. Then something went wrong with this album. I hope their proper third album resurrects them.
  13. OMG maybe she'll join the sugababes cover band when they kick out Beige
