Celebrity Big Brother · 2014
Judas Priest - when I saw the last photo on DS - I thought it was Karren Brady!!!! Mildy surprised by Holyfield! Looking slightly forward to Lionel Blair (after his hilarious stint on the Peter Kay X-Factor spoof) although I'm sure he did Celebrity Farm or something similar and was a bit disappointing! Other than that - totally boring!

Do you still buy CD albums?
Well you got the initial of the vehicle correct! Keep guessing! As Silas is being so tardy in putting up the bonus answers for the Xmas Family Fortunes - this can be a little game - what car does Mrs Kath drive? Mwah! Mwah! Mwah!
-
Do you still buy CD albums?
Try driving in Wigan then! Mind you - I suppose it could be something to do with the speed at which I head towards said potholes!

Do you still buy CD albums?
What put me off buying CD's is the only place I play them is in the car - and they still bloody jump (thanks largely to the bloody potholes in the roads - well I suppose if there's not enough money in the treasury to resurface them properly - it can't be helped).

Do you still buy CD albums?
I've no bloody idea - one minute they're on my husband's tablet and the next they're on the TV ... then they're gone! God I HATE Charity Dingle!

"BIG" films you never saw the fuss with
Titanic The Shining (didn't scare me one bit) Lincoln The Big Lebowski (and I love the Coen Brothers' films as well - just couldn't stand this one) Forrest Gump (one long, tedious music video) The Matrix (boring) Braveheart
-
Christmas / New Year TV
Rubbish - but as I didn't have to watch any of it I decided to just vote it a 'bad'.
-
Do you still buy CD albums?
I download everything now, films, music, tv series, etc). I don't by physicals of anything (well - apart from clothes of course!)

Emmerdale
I hate Charity! And I love Debbie Dingle!

Catherine Tate's 'Nan'
That was bleedin' 'ilarious! Gotta catch up on some Catherine Tate!

Downton Abbey
I thought the whole episode was ridiculous! Lazy, lazy writing from Fellowes. Hugh Bonneville must cringe when he sees the script he has to work with. I mean - they all must - but Bonneville especially as he's supposed to be the main character in this and yet I think the most exciting thing he did in this episode was fold his newspaper!

The Walking Dead: Season 4
Agree with all of that! The best Lincoln has been for a long time. I was generally disappointed with how the show was going - series 2 and 3 weren't a patch on series 1 but series 4 picked up quite a bit (particularly with the return of David Morrissey) but this episode made up for ALL the weak points since series 1. Plus I just loved Daryl's scene where he rolled the grenade down the gun turret of the tank - then the camera pans around to see him just execute the Governor's henchman.

Tories laugh at people who have no food to eat
Off-topic I know - but on Celebrity WWTBAM last night - neither Eammon or Fergie had a clue as to what the minimum wage was - even when given four choices! They must have seriously pondered that it could be £8.21 or £10.81! And I agree - about why should some people be forced into permanent austerity. I'll tell you what too! If I ever have to go on minimum wage (and at my age - if I lose my present job - I'm certain the only work I will get is minimum wage) I'll have NO HESITATION in turning to shoplifting! Who knows? I could become a celebrity criminal and have my old age paid for like Ronnie Biggs! BTW - I love your Gordon piccie!

Emmerdale
Oh that was brilliant just now! A classic Rising Damp moment! I do love Eric Pollard!

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
I'm just glad I don't have to waste any more evenings in anymore. Now that the most entertaining/interesting on (Matt) has gone - there's no reason to stick with it. I'll keep in touch with it from a distance and loosely cross my fingers that either Steve or Joey wins it.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
Well Amy has just dropped Alf in it with a blatant lie. Lucy HAS to have this out with Alf to get to the truth and for people to see the bloody light! Why are you posting Kath - no-one else is watching this year because its a tad BORING.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
And you believe that? Amy didn't mention any names. The only person who could have been sharing it as far as I could see would be Rebecca (who knew about the concealer) and Joey who Amy has spent most time with. Lucy wasn't even sure (she had her suspicion mind) that Amy had concealer until Rebecca said that she'd seen it. I think the other celebrities are acting stupidly (have they never watched the show?) but I don't think Amy is exactly playing fair. She was willing to lose three of the meals Lucy had won the other night - only very reluctantly giving up the gum (and she dobbed Joey in it before she did to ensure the blame was shared). Its six of one and half a dozen of the other for me as to who is blame for all of this fuss over NOTHING! And this is possibly the most boring series of IAC ever and its going to be a hell of a lot more boring once Matt and Steve go. Truly glad Annabel has gone though!!!!

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
She isn't my favourite in there by a long chalk but she isn't vile - she's been edited in a way to make her look like the wicked witch of the west. She really shouldn't have made that 'media whore' comment as it really upset tiny, itsy, witsy, bitsy 'what's she got against us celebrities?' Joe Swash! As if he'd know what it was like to be a celebrity! She's just a straight-talking northern lass and for some in there - they'd rather see themselves as victims. Amy started off with loads of balls and I really liked her - but now she just acts like the consort of the faux-alpha-male and heir to the title of KOTJ. She's turned into a wimpy damsel in distress.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
Rebecca has been a massive disappointment and certainly not worth being the second highest paid celebrity in there. I find her very, very needy and if she was going to be exempt for most of the trials - what was the point in inviting her? Having said that - the editing of the show has got worse and worse over the years with this year's being the lousiest. Apart from Joey - we've seen barely anything of the others. I know its not Joey's fault that he's been selected to do all but two of the trials so far - but I remember a time when coverage of the BTT's didn't take up over half the show. I remember talks (and a bit of bitching) around the campfire, more coverage of stuff OUTSIDE of the trials, and generally the not-forcing-of-one individual down people's throats. I don't like the way the program makers seem to have singled out two people to be the villains in this. OK - Matthew is a bit of a grumpy old man at best of times - but he also has the potential to be the funniest one in there, and Lucy - who as far as I can see has done nothing to warrant the constant criticism she's getting - particularly from the morons on the after show. Back to Joey (and believe it or not - I'm sure he's a nice, harmless enough person in real life) I can't believe that someone this boring and this inane can be as popular as he is - has the human intellect gone down so much in the last few years or so?

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
But Lucy has done some glamour work (including some topless) which I'm assuming she did to attract! Not really much different to Amy taking part in a beauty pageant. Don't get me wrong - I like Lucy but I think she was at the very least a bit blunt there.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
:o Seriously? I find him the most boring thing in there. He's so fake - I mean being thick is one thing but to pretend to be thick ... whats the point in that? He's asking us to believe he can't tell the time, can't tie his shoes, can't blow his nose, doesn't think he washed his face right ... I hate to think what his toilet habits are. Who goes to the dunny to wipe his arse? I liked Mark Wright a few years back (at least he was nice to look at - in that he looked like a man - and was fairly entertaining) but Joey is none of these things.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2013
I can't see as Amy's done anything wrong - apart from being pretty and fairly articulate and intelligent. Lucy was the one who was labouring the point in that argument. I like Lucy - but for someone who has done some glamour modelling in the past - her argument (ok - slightly heated exchange) with Amy was a little like pot/kettle to me. Thank goodness Laila put an end to what was a pretty boring conversation.

How will the Lib Dems do in 2015?
Well as there's nothing wrong with it - they'd have no objection to being named. If one objects to being named in such matters then one must feel a tad guilty about something. People can avoid their tax as much as they like for all I care - its going on all around. What they shouldn't be allowed to do is stand up on national TV and ask people to dig deep for charity. They can stand on a cold, wet street corner with a tin if they want anything from me - like the Salvation Army lady does in Wigan! But I digress!
