  1. I'm with you. Really disappointed that Sair has gone. Having said that - as much as I like Anne - she really isn't adding ANYTHING to the process. I really think its time for her to go. Having said that - I think she honestly would like to go.
  2. You know what Liam - on the whole - everyone this year has been good - its been a good mix and I actually like it when they get on and they're not bitching. I even enjoyed Noel while he was in there.
  3. I don't know why its constantly Fleur doing the narration from the bush telegraph! I'd like to hear a bit more from Rita, Sair or Nick. I'm probably in the minority - but I'm so glad John's back! I really like him.
  4. Why did that post twice? I only pressed once!!!!
  5. I hate to say it but I'm finding Fleur a bit annoying now. I know she did fabulous in the trial last night - but she's too bloody noisy. Of the girls - Rita is now my favourite (she's got a fantastic, dry sense of humour).

  7. Although initially I was against Holly being a presenter - I think its made this year's show all the better. For the first time in a long time it is about the camp-mates and not the presenters. As much as I liked Ant & Dec presenting together - the show did at some point become all about them and not the camp-mates. Now the focus is where it should be.
  8. I can see Knowles and Edmonds egos clashing (hope Nick wins out). It was a nice gesture to give the pillow to Ann. I'm not Nick's greatest fan (he looks too much like Max Bygraves for my liking) but I find him one of the more interesting characters in there. Having said that - I think this is one of the best line-ups in ages (not necessarily for how famous they are - but they just make a great group (for now).
  9. They're all likable this year - a really good start. Loving tonight's show - but finding Fleur particularly brilliant!
  10. All of them seem OK so far (I'm only catching up on bits as I've been watching The Relic for the umpteenth time - can't help it - just love this film). Harry is very, very funny!

I agree with you totally. I wish the Iceland ad was on TV.
  12. Thanks. Apart from all the other crap that's been going on at the moment ... I keep forgetting my password! So if I'm gone for any length of time - that'll be just one of the reasons. Now I just wish I could find a bona-fide witch to put a curse on the bast*rds who were supposed to be caring for OH! Honest to god - you would not believe what we went through (I don't care what anyone says - not all nurses/medical staff are caring!)
  13. Thanks Pete! OH died in April (and he'd been ill for a while before that) so I've not been online much. May pop in a bit more frequently (unless I die myself of course).
  14. I watched that when it was on. I really like Ayda and she came across really well (very down to earth and honest). I still haven't watched the X-Factor though - I just can't bring myself to watch any reality shows anymore (apart from The Apprentice now and again when I'm feeling really depressed and want something to make me laugh my tits off!).
  15. Maybe he's preparing the land for when he releases his cookery book.
  16. Both songs are a bit 'meh' anyway.
  17. Patience was far better than RTW (although RTW was a great song). Having said that - for me - Shine and Up All Night were better than both!

I just can't believe that the Oxford student needed to waste a lifeline on the heliocentric question. The contestants this time around do seem to be rather dim. I do like the chap from Halifax though and I'm loving JC as the host on this (and I normally detest Clarkson) he moves things along speedily and doesn't waste time with inane waffle like Tarrant did.

The acting all round was fantastic - the bit that touched me most though was Jack P Shepherd's David confiding in Shona. Catherine Tyldesley was fantastic as well (I've never been a fan of her Eva before - but she played a blinder tonight).
  20. Killing of a Sacred Deer - strange and I'm not that sure I liked it - it was one of those films that you had to stick around til the end for though The Shape of Water - another strange one - but enjoyable nonetheless (I'm a big Michael Shannon fan though) Jumanji - really didn't think I'd like this but I have to admit it was a bit of a guilty pleasure Three Billboards Outside Ebbings, Missouri - FANTASTIC one of the most satisfying films I've seen for a long time
  21. I think a merge would be good. But you'd best ask the Robbies what they feel first!!! LOL!

I know it sounds cruel - but I'm glad is dead. I really can't stand stupidity in characters and he was just asking for trouble going after someone (who he suspected of murder) alone. He was good looking though!

I read the speculation ... they wonder if he'll end up in the lake too!

I suppose its all about opinions but I thought it was just awful. Aimless, rudderless and clueless. I'll admit - the twist at the end was unexpected but for me - it was also totally needless and unwelcome.

Shame! I was truly hoping Jamie would go .... the knob! Amir was actually the funniest thing about tonight's episode.
