A touch gutted to see American Life just scrape top 40 to be honest. WHAT A BANGER. The Reinvention Tour version is f***ing spectacular. One of her best perfs ever.

LOL john I think you're talking out of your derriere on this one. That tour figure is fantastic. Tickets were significantly cheaper in most of Europe which is why the gross is lower.

^ woop! The tour is perfect. It was top 15 on US itunes with zero promo before the video came out. It only fell down (think it peaked at 46) because they didn't bloody promote it anywhere. She's not Rihanna, she can't get away with not performing on TV. It's a clear hit and should be released here. That said Keep On Dancing is life so I'm good with this.

Did Who Am I flop? It's great. I always think her voice just teeters on the edge of being off key in most of her songs though, it's not something I could manage a whole album of.

^ Dramatic much? They had multiple hit singles and this sounds like a huge smash. Can't wait for the full thing.

Love Affair. Used to be one of my favourites but it's a bit damp in hindsight.

One Woman Man is so much better than One Strike. Really excellent production in particular.

Where Would I Be? is the only properly good album track. And Misery if we don't count that as a single. I didn't really have high expectations so four really decent songs isn't a bad takeaway. Plus Red Flag is pure guilty pleasure. :D

I think anyone who read that vile Daily Mail article to the end could do with a slap. She hooked up with her coach so she's an opportunist who shouldn't ride horses. Sound logic! I think she'll place and good on her for doing this.

This song is SUCH A BANGER. Exquisite.

I wouldn't say Love Profusion was "hugely appreciated by fans". I've honestly never heard anyone say they love that song. It's bloody awful. Bit of a crime Bad Girl is out so soon but then it's a very understated song. "Bad girl, drunk by six..." is one hell of a lyric.

Arsenal played pretty f***ing well tonight. No shame in that loss. Barcelona are basically impossible to contend with right now. A good team can keep things level for an hour or so but then they find some magic from nowhere and run with the momentum.
