Well it's a good song. Similar to THWWIW but more instant. That said her vocal is a little off putting. It hardly even sounds like her.

The big problem for labour is that these four candidates are all charisma vacuums, with the exception of Kendall who is basically a Tory in a pretty wig. It's hard to imagine the public (labour voters lost to ukip/cons specifically) being won over by them. A glance at the leadership of almost any European country indicates that having charisma is as big a deal as saying the right things politically. And labour are pretty short on that right now. The upside is that if they spunk Burnham away on a 2020 election all but guaranteed to be lost to Boris, he's out of the picture in time for 2025 by which time maybe labour will have finally decided to start playing the political game with a bit more savvy.

Well it had better be at least 48% as great as Latch.

Some Kind of Bliss OUT

Slay mama. SLAY. The album's grown on me a lot. The title track is clearly the best by a mile.

I'm pretty sure she's not chasing commercial success at this point. She's savvy. She knows where she sits in the pop spectrum. She's just releasing the songs she likes and keeping her visibility up with ticket sales in mind.

His vocal on TFI was so weak. Much like the song.

I thought the last one was going to be "the big era" for her after I heard Come and Get It, but the album was shit. I do like Selena and her three good songs are all extremely amazing, but it always seems like she can't really be arsed to make the jump to big pop girl. Hopefully this is the one.

I listened to My Kind, Confetti and Lies, and thought they were all pretty weak and faceless. Tattoo is a touch better but not exactly what I want from Hilary. Shame she's lost it.
